Write a reviewHorrible Car Dealer
On October 27th I sent an email inquiry about a 2014 Rolls Royce Wraith. I was sent a follow up email the same day stating the car was still available. The next day I spoke with Paul (Mustafa Khan), he stated the car was at the auction and it would cost 400.00 to get the car back to the store so I could purchase. I thought this was odd, but wanted to make sure the car wasn't sold. I spoke with Paul several times and he assured me nothing was wrong with the car. Not true at all. A few days went by and I was able to secure financing from my bank. Someone from Bob and Paul sent me paperwork via email on 11/4. The mileage stated 52,924 on the car, which was consistent to the mileage when I first saw the car online. I also let my bank know that mileage. I sent Paul the check so that I could get the car delivered to my address after they received the check. I used their preferred delivery company and the car was delivered to me on 11/18. When I first got in the car from the transport company the first thing I noticed was the shock in the driver door was broken. On very expensive car that are known for automatic doors this was a HUGE red flag. When I started the car, the mileage was 3k miles higher. The mileage read 55312. I was very upset! I then tried to reset the tpms sensors because Paul told me they were needed, another red flag on such an expensive car. The computer dial to control the screen was inoperable. There was also a pedestrian warning light on the dash, and the rear backup camera was inoperable. It is against the law to send paperwork, especially the Maryland title application with incorrect mileage. The car arrived to me with more miles than my paperwork, and a long list of problems with a very expensive car.
