Great Service from Marquis Foxx
Marquis -- the WONDERFUL -- deserves a ???! He is so professional and patient! We had SO MUCH fun -- I could probably fly an airplane with his expertise! I L?VE my new car and I L?VE Marquis! Hopefully I can snag a client or friend for a referral for him. I have had an entire pile of stupid questions and he helped me with every little thing. He is so courteous and attentive -- he could teach "charm school" to a myriad of sales people who really could benefit from his attitude and experience. I am a REALTOR and rely on referrals -- my motto truly is "ATTITUDE is EVERYTHING" -- special BLESSINGS to Marquis and all that he offers. Off to celebrate my new ?! CHEERS! ????

Buy your Hyundai anywhere else
They only get good reviews because they offer free items in exchange for reviews, not because they are giving good service. As part of my deal with them I received free oil changes for a year. When I showed up for my free oil change they had lost the paperwork, but told me they would be nice and "let" me have it if I wrote a good review for them online. I'm not writing a good review for someone who loses my paperwork. My salesperson also handed me a printed customer satisfaction survey with the answers pre selected (all perfect scores) and told me I would get a free tank of gas if I filled mine out like that. I don't need someone dictating my answers to a customer satisfaction survey. They also signed my email up for every type of promotional email list they have, so even if I click unsubscribe more emails pop up! I finally emailed them to stop and after receiving confirmation that it would end I got another email this morning! Just go anywhere else.

Went to buy a car. My son and I walked around, looked at cars for about half an hour and was not even acknowledged. Seems like someone would have at least said " hi". We bought a new car at another dealership the same day. Sounds like you and hyundai have lost a customer. We have bought two new hyundai in last couple of years and like them very much...but now I have bought 2 Nissan in the last year. Our previous experience in buying a used vehicle in the last year left us wondering about the dealership ....

Very helpful never responded on cars.com before but I must say that the representative for that company represents them very well she was helpful and insightful full of information and yes I would recommend someone to purchase a car from this company awesome people very tentative and they do to their appointments punctual hope this is helpful.

Another great service at Hub Hyundai Katy
I had another great visit servicing my car at Hub Hyundai Katy. They were flexible and got me an appointment on Saturday. They explained all of my service options and how long it was going to take. They finished earlier than expected. While I was waiting they provided free Wifi and Coffee. Very happy customer!!!

I'm glad this car search is over. Yes these guys were so helpful and accommodating they even let me pay the down payment till the insurance came through not like the other dealer who told me to call them when I get my check from Met Life (Great Insurance). xxxx no!! Really!!!! They didn't stop there since I ended up with a used 2013 Sonata (very nice car in love with it) but there was some issues that needed to be resolved but they did their part and honored our deal. Very very nice of Ryan.... What's left to say?? I'm a extremely happy car owner and a customer for life!! Thanks again to my sales man, Mr.F you the best and Mr. Sales Manager!!
