I asked for numbers on a specific used car since I’m not

I asked for numbers on a specific used car since I’m not local, and instead of providing a simple quote, the dealer asked me to send over a competitor’s quote on a completely different vehicle so they could “beat it.” Very unprofessional and unreasonable — if I request pricing on a specific car, I expect the dealership to provide it directly.

I drove over two hours to see a specific car that was

I drove over two hours to see a specific car that was confirmed available when I left, only to be told When I arrived: “the car sold” the story changed again: “We can’t find it.” First it’s sold, then it’s missing? It was clearly a bait-and-switch tactic on a car that they under priced online to entice buyers and it’s insulting. Just do your job WELL and stop tricking people. This kind of manipulation wastes time, abuses trust, and reflects a complete lack of professionalism. I’ll gladly take my business somewhere that values honesty and respects its customers. I walked out and will NEVER walk back in.
