If I could give no stars at this point I would.

If I could give no stars at this point I would. I am frustrated with all of my interactions with this company. I bought a Mazda from them on Aug 1 (in cash, no financing) and about 5 weeks later hadn't received any communication on my title/registration status so I called the dealership and talked to Doug Gleason. He told me that the title package was sent in to the DMV for processing but that he would get more info and call me back (spoiler alert, he never did). I call back and Scott McGrew answers my call and proceeds to tell me that a title package was never submitted but that they had applied for a duplicate title and that it should be sent in soon. At this point I don't know who to believe so I call to talk to James Park, the manager. He tells me that a duplicate title application wasn't submitted but that they were submitting it now and it'll take 7-10 days to process and get. I also try calling the general manager Jacob Varshavskiy to no avail, I can't get ahold of him. According to Code of Colorado Regulation states that ""No vehicle may be sold if the dealer does not have a valid title which can be given at the time of sale; or, if papers are in transit, such title must be delivered within 20 days". I am now sitting at 46 days with no title in their hand, the DMVs hand, or mine which is a violation of this code. They sold me a car without a title and only took severely delayed actions to somewhat correct this only after I contacted them multiple times about it. I will never do business with this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else - make sure they have the title in hand before you buy anything from them!

They do good work and were timely with the work. But, I really didn’t appreciate the passive aggressive remark the technician made towards my wife and I wearing masks in the waiting room. I don’t give a xxxx about what you do or don’t wear so why go out of your way to make my wife, your customer, uncomfortable?

Way overpriced. Over 1,000 dollars for (a) rotor and...

Way overpriced. Over 1,000 dollars for (a) rotor and brake pads. My wife went to pick up the vehicle and one of your employees (who showed her where to pay) was hitting on her even after she stated her husband had been who was dealing with the repair. Horrible people. Horrible prices. Last time will be used

Personable dealership, they remember customers and take time to stop and chat and ask how car is doing. I have dealerships closer to my home, but elected to buy my car and have it serviced at this dealership - away from the big city dealerships. For this Service trip, Sara was Service advisor. She kept me informed via text. She is always friendly and efficient.
