Sure not the same as Zumwalt!

Sure not the same as Zumwalt! Service and courtesy have gone way downhill. I have lived in the St Helena area for over 15 years and had my cars serviced by Zumwalt many times. The car always came back clean and the service was complete. I just took a, new to me, F-150 in for analysis due to an error message on the dashboard. The problem was a chewed wire by rodents which had moved into my engine compartment. I was shocked to find the problem was located but there was no effort to remove any of the debris from the rodents. That was just one issue. No waiting room open, terrible back room service desk, (felt sorry for the guys having to work there), I won’t be back for the work that is needed.

This dealer is a joke.

This dealer is a joke. They don't care about the guy who just needed a part for his F150. Four attempts, one online and three phone calls and couldn't speak to anyone to help me with my part request. Online, nobody responded. The phone calls were just as ridiculous. I was told no one was available in parts. They took my phone number and nobody called back. The other two calls were answered and immediately asked me to hold. First call I held on for five minutes. The next call took place the next day, again I was asked to hold. I held on for ten minutes this time. This all spanned out over a week's time.. I went somewhere else to get the part. I can say, I would never buy a vehicle from this dealer who doesn't help out all customers, big and small.

we left a car for a recall.

we left a car for a recall. They said 2 to 3 hrs but couldn't get it done till next day. When I picked it up, Giovanni in service was very personable, put on new difficult wipers at no charge and was so very nice and a veteran.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I am shocked they are allowed to do business behind the Ford name and that the town of Saint Helena would allow them to operate the way they do. My father was interested in an F-350 and was in the process of purchasing when the traction support lights came on. ( come to find out they were aware of the issue) He took the truck back and requested it to be fixed and to let him know when it was done. He requested the key to his truck that they had because there was going to be a trade in. The guy he spoke with refused to return his key! My father had a spare in his pocket and he left in his truck. There were no calls to my father over the weekend from the dealership. My father returned today (Monday AM) and spoke to the sales guy he dealt with. He explained the entire situation and the guy asked who held your key? My father proceeded to point to the person who had it and that guy was the owner! The owner proceeded to walk towards my father said here is your key and get the xxxx off my lot I’m not selling you a truck. We are thankful that he is not doing business with a dealership that would treat their customers this way. There was a Facebook post made asking for other’s experiences at this dealership and all comments ended up being the same. Run! Don’t do business, they refuse to take accountability, they refuse to fix and even acknowledge when things are wrong. Looking at other reviews there were comments regarding down payments not being returned and the police having to get involved. I would steer clear from doing business with them!

This was the worst car buying expience I have ever had.

This was the worst car buying expience I have ever had. It was like a "birthday and Christmas rolled into one" If you don't mind melted ice cream and a lump of coal! I was told they would not sell the car unless I bought worthless coverage for theft and rear end collision. They took full advantage of the shortage of inventory and my 22 yr old car failure. Go to Henry Curtis fleet sales where I had the best car buying experience. Remember cookies are for closers!
