Terrible experience
“Diesel particulate filter full (all red, frequent regins) power reduced truck said. Service had me unhook loaded (livestock trailer) before they could check anything! hrs later checked my clogged air filter in my eye view and told me that was the reason for the particulate filter being full, then proceeded to tell me the $2800 particulate filter would not be available for a month or so but with additional freight charges could be here in 2 or 3 days neither being acceptable options with my “loaded” trailer. Never was I told the new air filter might fix the problem which turned out to be the case! It took them 5 mins to xx the air filter and 5 mins to replace it After wasting 4 hrs of my precious travel time, frustrating me and I am sure the other two customers which were involved inadvertently and charging me $150 to “diagnose” the problem that I and my truck clearly advised them of upon my arrival, I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Fortunately my personal mechanic in Siloam Springs, AR, 83 miles away and my Siloam Springs dealership were able to advise me over the phone to get me back on the road again. My bill in Siloam would have been $90 or so for the air filter!! 5/2/23

Very poor customer service
Extremely disappointed with this dealership. Cannot get the papers to register my new pickup and no one has answers or cares. I live in Oklahoma, so beware out of state buyers. Now what, how am I going to get my paperwork?
