When I went on a test drive the check engine light was

When I went on a test drive the check engine light was on. The salesman said it was no issue he'd get it fixed. To which I said if I purchase the vehicle and the check engine light came on with in a week would they did it. The allemand said of course. I purchased the vehicle and the following day the check engine light came on. When I called and talked to the salesman he said you didn't purchase an extended warranty to which I reminded him of the discussion on the test drive. He then transferred me to the service department. Today I drove 50+ miles back to the dealership for the appointment. Once there the salesman lied to the service department right in front of my face saying he never said that anything would be covered. I will not use any Wood dealerships again or any dealership that salesman ever works for. I will even go as far as to discourage anyone from using them.

I was and have been lied to.

I was and have been lied to. I have contacted them in person over and over again to cancel my extended warranty bc I wanted to cancel it. It has fallen on deaf ears by the Management and above all the Finance Manger. Treating this Senior woman with such disrespect and distain. I am ashamed I ever allowed myself to be so gullible to believe they had my best interest in mind. I would never purchase anything from them again.

False price advertising - stay away - unethical

This dealership uses false price advertising to lure in potential buyers with significantly lower car prices featured on their website resulting in false prices throughout all online car search portals. Their online advertised price does not clearly state conditions, nor it suggest there might be conditions (by marking it with asterisk for instance) to be aware of. I was able to find one mention of a condition buried in the tiny font in the footer of the page stating that price featured assumes financing through this dealership. I did find that unfortunately after the fact. In addition to advertising lower/unattainable price, sales person never mentioned this is something I need to know before making 150 mile drive to purchase a car, I also called ahead to confirm what I need to bring as this will be a cash purchase. Once we arrived, test drove the car and time came to make a purchase, sales person comes back with price over $2100 higher than advertised, explaining that their online price is only if we finance and trade in old car. We were ok with financing part of the purchase to get this price, but sales person was adamant that we need a trade in on top of financing. Again I will mention that on their website there was no mention of trade in requirement.

Doesn't do online sales

Don't try to buy if you are from out of town. When I asked about the price they gave me a price $4000 over the advertised price. When I asked why this is what I received in a message: "You have the cost of the vehicle, 1500 for shipping, 305 processing fee and being as we are a small town dealer we keep our pricing agressive to benefit those in our immediate market and any time we sell outside that market we have a market based adjustment fee which is where the additional amount came from."
