I brought my vehicle to this Lincoln dealership on a Saturday because a tire was low on air. Although the service department was suppposed to open at 8AM and I had an appointment for 8AM, no one showed up at the service desk until close to 8:30AM. During check-in, I specifically asked for my tire to be inspected to ensure there were no issues with the tire. Dakkota, a service representative, checked in my car. After having it for most of the day, I was told the tire was fine and just needed air. Fast forward a few days—I'm getting ready for work and find that same tire nearly flat. I took it to a Ford dealership by my work (after getting air), and they showed me a large nail embedded in the tire. This should have been obvious during the inspection, and missing it probably means they never even looked at my tire. I called Dakkota at 11 a.m and asked for a tire qoute. I heard nothing back. I followed up at 1 p.m., and was told they were busy and they would get back to me. When I tried to escalate, the service manager, Barry, refused to take my call. By 2:30, I had to call Lincoln corporate. Corporate was able to get me a quote for a replacement tire because the dealership itself still hadn’t called me back with a qoute. I was quoted $530 for a replacement tire—over $100 more than the same tire quoted at Ford. Despite the dealership’s clear mistake, they refused to offer any discount. They did not even offer any apologies for their mistake on Saturday until after I called them out on that. Only after I told Lincoln I was going to leave a negative review did they agree to price-match Ford’s $400, citing a price match policy. This experience was not only frustrating but showed a clear lack of accountability and basic customer care. I expected better. I will not be returning to this dealership, ever, and would not reccomend the dealership to anyone.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Lincoln of Orlando dealership! Carlos Martinez, the sales rep.who assisted me, was incredible?hands down a 10 out of 10! This was a refreshingly different car-buying experience; there was absolutely no pressure. Instead, I received really amazing information along with genuine patience and understanding, making me feel fully supported in such an important decision. Even after purchasing my car (2025 Nautilis) Carlos took the time to help me set up every feature to ensure I was 100% satisfied! Everyone at the dealership, from the receptionist to the management team, was extremely helpful. I?d like to give a special shoutout to Ms. Brittany in finance, who made the signing process a breeze, and Chris, the sales manager, who was instrumental in securing my financing. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Thank you all for your outstanding service!

Took my 2020 Lincoln navigator for an oil change to Central Florida Lincoln. I?ve been to two other dealerships. No I did not purchase my Lincoln from Central Florida Lincoln. However, the attention and how they treated me as a customer and also my vehicle was phenomenal. You can just tell from the waiting room how much more they value you as a customer, when the technician has your vehicle, I love it how they sent you a report to your cell phone with a video of your vehicle. The service advisor is very polite, and takes care of your needs. I recommend Central Florida Lincoln to anybody that needs to get their car checked out? I?m happy that I?m a customer and I am so happy to bring the car back if I ever need any more future assistance.

We were on our way home to Canada on a Saturday afternoon
We were on our way home to Canada on a Saturday afternoon and developed car trouble. The staff took care of us in quickly and provided a loaner vehicle while ours was being fixed. From the time we arrived and were walked back to the service area by one of the sales staff everyone was very helpful and nice. The service advisor and shop foreman kept us up to date on the repairs and explained everything that would be done. Great overall experience.
