I dealt with two salepeople in going to this dealership.. I dealt with Sean Wiita and Lucas Macfee. Both of these gentlemen were first rate. They treated me more as a friend then a customer. There was no heavy sell with them which I appreciated. I left there to go look at other cars but in the end I was so impressed with the service that I went back. Lucas handled most of the sale details and took the time to sit with me and my wife and make sure we were very comfortable with the whole process. When I went to pick the car up he made sure that he sat with me and went over the high points of operating the car and all its features.. I will definley go back there when it is time for another car..

Excellent buying experience
After deciding to price a trade-in of my older model RAV4, I visited Prime Toyota and was greeted by Lucas MacFee who was energetic, cordial and very helpful in my decision to trade. I was able to test drive, negotiate and sign what I felt was a fair deal in under 2 hours with no pressure from Lucas or his management. When I picked up my new RAV4, everything was done just as promised. I would highly recommned Lucas and Prime Toyota to others in the market for a new car.

Excellent 1st time buyer experience w/ D. Stanton!
I was driving my 2003 Chevy S-10 a few days ago when the tranny decided it did no longer wish to serve my truck. This was a bad day. I am brand new at my job and calling in sick would look really really bad. There was absolutely no time to buy. Lucky for me I was just entering my days off. I had to act quick. So I looked up prime Toyota on rte 2 knowing Toyota is known for their affordable longest lasting vehicles. The only downfall was I was a first time buyer with some subpar credit and not much money in my pocket. I didn't get my dream vehicle, but I was able to snag probably one of the last 2014 Toyota Tacoma with the access cab, which is known to be a popular fast seller. It is still a great truck and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I wasn't able to do any of this without the help of Doris Stanton. Doris knew my credit wasn't much help in my situation but she was able to work out a stellar deal with a payment that I could afford. Doris is an extremely knowledgable saleswoman and I am extremely happy to have had her sell me my first brand new vehicle. I look forward to returning to prime toyota for my first vehicle maintenance check because there facility is In tip top shape and as clean as my brand new truck. (that's really clean) thank you Doris and Prime Toyota for an excellent first time buyer experience.

excellent buying experience ever
I was very nervous starting my search for my vehicle. I wasn't exactly sure what vehicle I wanted to buy I had a few in mind. After sitting with Doris Stanton at Prime motor group the decision become quite clear. Doris' Extensive knowledge of the Rav4 made what would have been a very long process a rather quick and painless one. She was so passionate about the product that it became clear that the Rav4 was definitely exactly what I wanted and needed to fit my life style it was almost like she know that this was the exact fit before even i knew. She was extremely knowledgeable and was as excited as I was about the vehicle. She is so passionate about her job and it really shows. She is a definite asset to this dealership. Great experience at Prime Toyota in Lancaster, MA
After loving my 2003 Toyota Rav 4 for many years, my husband and I decided it was time to trade it in! We had been doing some research on the Highlanders and decided to take one for a test drive and explore our options! We worked alongside Sean Wiita which was a great experience! He answered all our questions, was very professional and not pushy and after giving him a tall order he came through with an amazing lease deal on my beautiful new Nautical Blue highlander ! Great service! Very detailed and friendly staff.
I went into the dealership looking for some information in leasing a Highlander. Lucas was very informative and followed up with all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. When picking up my new Highlander he was very helpful in going over all of the pamphlets as well as all of the details of the Highlander so that I felt very comfortable driving away knowing how my new car worked.

Chevy Owner convert
I had always owned Chevy cars and/or trucks in the past as my son worked as a mechanic at a chevy dealership but when I started to experience some computer issues with my truck my son strongly recommended that I purchase a Toyota Tacoma because in his opinion it is the best truck out there. I actually traded my truck and am leasing with option to buy which is a new experience as well. The saleman was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to assist in getting this deal done. My son felt the dealership gave us a great trade in value for my truck as well. Everyone we intereacted with at Prime Toyota during this purchase was very professional, friendly and courteous. The showroom and facilities were very pleasant and immaculate. I cannot speak to the "service" history as yet but if it is anything like the purchase process it too will be very satisfactory. I have heard nothing but the best reports on this truck's performance from other owners of tacomas.

Awesome Service - Very satisfied!
I went in to the dealership just looking around and before I knew it I was buying a 2013 corolla! The service was excellent and I did not feel pressured at all. I got exactly what I wanted- if not better! I recommend Sean Wiita of the sales and leasing department. I got an awesome new car and I love everything about it.
