Best Ford dealership I have ever dealt with. This is the 3rd Ford dealership I have I have dealt with and by far the best. Very trustworthy staff, no hassle, fantastic experience and would recommend to all. Excellent experience with my latest purchase

I wanted to purchase an used Fusion Energi and reached
I wanted to purchase an used Fusion Energi and reached out to them for an out of state purchase from California to Texas. We went back and forth for a couple of days on the price and I agreed to purchase the car. Everything went well up to this point so I submitted my application to finance the vehicle(even though I already had approval from my bank).. they processed my finance application and came back with a very high interest rate so told them I want to use my bank instead of their lender.. Now the sales manager Henry(I had to call him multiple times) tells me that the owner is rethinking about selling the car out of state. At this point I already invested so much time and effort into this and I told them I will use their lender and refinance it with my lender later. So Henry agreed to continue the purchase and told me he will process the sale the next day(Friday) On Friday I did not receive any update and I followed up a couple of times to reach Henry and was able to speak with him on Friday evening and he assured me that they will complete the sale next Monday.. I received a call on Monday afternoon from Henry telling me that their owner does not want to sell the car out of state. I have no problem with them on who they wanted to sell the car but Henry should have checked with their owner when initially reach out about the sale. Wasting customers time and credit check and finally not selling the car is not a good business practice. I hope your owner sees this review and values your customers better.

Worst service department I've ever had to deal with .
Worst service department I've ever had to deal with . Took me a week to make an appointment and once I left the car they never even looked at it for 3 days . It's been almost 3 weeks and I have no car.

Trouble getting Refundable Deposit Back
On 8.9/23 wrote a $500 refundable deposit check to order a 2024 mustang. I should have known this dealership was going to be a problem. On 8/10/23 I emailed and called the sales person Emily to cancel the order and refund my $500 deposit. The day before they said they could only give me $200 to $300 for my car which is absurd and no way I could continue with the order without higher payout on my current car. My check was cashed immediately by Price Ford. I have sent numerous emails to Emily and still no check. I spoke to sales manager Henry Ford about the refund never called me back. On 8/24/24 Emily said they were issuing the refund on 8/30/23 still no check emailed again answer was it could take a week for me to receive it, I really do not think if the check was mailed on 8/25/23 from Simi Valley to my home in Simi Valley it would not take that long. 9/5/24 still no check spoke to sales manager Frank and said he would call me back after the bookkeeper was out of her meeting. As of 9/6/23 no check am no returned call. Price Ford I want my refund today

These negative reviews have me confused because my experience was great! Bought a used Honda from Eric. He made the whole process easy and was up front and honest the whole way through. 0 issues with the car upon pick up. It was a 10/10 experience.

Beware Terrible Dealership
This dealer is now called Price Ford. From Jim and Henry in sales to Brian, Mark and other personnel in service, this dealer is probably the worst I've ever experienced. Terrible communication, liars, con artist, and lazy. They will con you over and over. They're nice when buying the car, after that except little to nothing as far as customer service. Outdated 1980's dealership with disgusting restrooms. BEWARE, DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. BBB is aware of this dealership.

I paid cash, and i do not have the tittle yet
Very bad experience whit this dealer i bough a 2016 ram 1500 wich i paid cash more than 26000. I have not received the plates, tittle, registration, i went to the DMV office and they told me that this car is not registered under my name. Wow i paid cash !! Temporary Plates expired in october 19, 2021 This is true, my first review was deleted by this dealer if you want to buy a car here do it at your own risk. I send multiple emails and messagues to sales person COLTON STEWART, no response. Horrible customer service ESPANOL compre una camioneta en este dealer y no han trasferido a mi nombre en el DMV despues de 5 meses, ten mucho cuidado si quieres comprar un auto porque despues te ignoran, yo paque el auto cash mas de 26000, mis placas han expirado. Este es un review real , no me gusta que se aprovechen de mi gente latina. Cuidado !!

Special Ordered a new F250 Tremor
