This place is a massive scam the manager is a xxxxxxxx thinks he the boss of everything this dealership is absolute trash The sale person retires to sell the car but when they bring their manger they just waste your time would not recommend this place

Price that was listed was no where close to the price

Price that was listed was no where close to the price they gave me after I travelled two hours to get there. Waste of time and money.

Awful.

Awful. The price that is listed and the suggested total cost including taxes and fees was no where close to being accurate. Once you contact the dealer they explain that there additional costs not accounted for which significantly increases overall cost. Disappointing.

They advertised the car at one price.

They advertised the car at one price. I drove it, I liked it and I was ready to purchase. Then they added $3,000 worth of extras onto the vehicle. It's called the highway hustle. I walked out!

Absolutely phenomenal experience!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Great prices wonderful customer service . Rich and uzo were phenomenal! From start to finish, the whole experience was easy quick and these sales men are the most wonderful funny kind caring men we have come across ! Will be sending all family and friends to this dealer ! We wont be doing eork with anyone else! Thank you again for an amazing experience and a beautiful truck !!!

Scammers is right.

Scammers is right. Went to buy vehicle at advertised price, when we got there were told we could pay cash but there would be a $2000 "non-finance penalty" (illegal in NJ) Took out loan and then told purchase/activation of LoJack mandatory with financing (misinformation/fraudulent) Charged excessive reconditioning fees (that's part of dealer prep and reflected in sales price, not to be added as after sale.) Had to file complaints w/ BBB and Consumer Affairs.

This has to be one of the shadiest, unethical dealerships

This has to be one of the shadiest, unethical dealerships I ever experienced. Called to make an appointment to see a X850i. Got back....negotiated price and it APPEARED we had a deal. Then the shenanigans began in full throttle. The website said NOT INCLUDED is dealer prep fee (899) and taxes and motor vehicle fees. So they added $3,500 to the price agreed to for these fees....including a Lojoack, which i dont want and never asked, $1,500 for "brakes" and then the rest are the fees. So basically they added nonsense charges to keep the car at the price they want to sell it at with the illusion they are "giving you what was agreed". I still agreed but i wanted the nicks on the car fixed. They agreed... I put a refundable deposit down of $500. Right after they ran the charge through, they came back and said "unfortunately we need to charge another $1,100 for these repairs you want". I said "goodbye...refund my deposit and im done.". These shady folks charged the 3.5% credit card fee and wouldnt refund that back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They are ALL non-trustworthy characters. As a parallel...i researched quality dealers with good reviews.... Same process....got a price over the phone, they showed me the same model car with facetime and detailed pictures....showed me the 2 minor nicks on the car....they drove it while i was on video and looked perfect. Deal was done and processed in 30 minutes and shipping the car from Florida. there are good quality "used car dealerships" out there. Not these clows. Go somewhere else.

The workers are very nice.

The workers are very nice. I meet Mr. Stewart Simpson and made me feel that I was at the right place to buy a vehicle. He helped me see was i could financially afford and the pros and cons about financing. That I appreciated. He kept it real. Need more people like that.
