I had an outstanding experience at CMA Toyota of Martinsburg, and I feel like it deserves to be shared in detail. Back in 2023, I purchased a vehicle that I thought was the right fit for me. At that time, my salesperson Allyssa had kindly suggested that I consider something newer, but I decided to go a different route. Fast forward to March of 2025, I walked back into the dealership and found Allyssa again. The first thing I told her was, “You were right, I should have listened to you the first time.” She just laughed with me, no judgment at all, and immediately got to work helping me find something brand new that actually suited my needs, my family, and my budget. From the very beginning, Allyssa went above and beyond. She never once made me feel rushed or pressured to pick “just any” vehicle. Instead, she took her time walking me through the lot, showing me different models, explaining features, and answering all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear she genuinely wanted me to be happy and confident with my purchase, not just make a quick sale. Her patience and professionalism really stood out to me, and it made all the difference. Once I had narrowed down my options, I worked with Tyler, who handled all of the paperwork and financing. Let me just say, he was incredible as well. this has got to be the most unorganized service
this has got to be the most unorganized service department I have ever dealt with. We are a used vehicle dealership and we have needed to out source work to our nearest Toyota dealer and both times have been an absolute disaster. Currently the truck has been there for a week with NO communication on their end or any update. Secondly I called just a little bit ago and needed the previous RO sent to me and the lady said they can send it Monday. It takes maybe a whole 2 mins to send an email. The last time we had send the same truck they threw 3 different parts at it, cause THEY didn't even know what was wrong with it. Certified techs? No absolutely not. We even received the vehicle back with another issue that was not present at all before. I will not be bringing our vehicles back to Toyota in Martinsburg they suck and need better staff that can actually do their job. Every time you call they literally always have to put you on hold for 10 plus mins then they get back on the phone and try to justify that they cannot give an update. Its insane. Don't even waste your time going there.

Living in DC, I first tried local dealerships like Passport, Koons, and Sheehy—but all I got was poor service, condescending attitudes, and no willingness to work with me. In contrast, when I contacted CMA, Stephen Goldbranson reached out immediately and went above and beyond to help me get the exact truck I wanted, at the price I was looking for. Keith Barrow in finance was equally professional—he didn’t try to upsell or push financing on me. I had my own financing and only wanted the Toyota extended warranties. Keith not only respected that but gave me a fantastic deal on ToyotaCare products—something no other dealer was willing to do. They also matched my CarMax trade-in offer, saving me a trip and avoiding the low-ball offers I got elsewhere. When I arrived, the truck was washed, gassed, and ready to go. Took my 2018 Toyota Tacoma in for service at CMA Toyota
Took my 2018 Toyota Tacoma in for service at CMA Toyota inMartinsburg, WV. When making the appt. I referenced a recall and service discount coupon both sent to me by CMA. The scheduler requested i bring both mailers with me for pricing to be honored. When dropping vehicle off I asked service agent to quote driver side sun visor which had a broke arm. The service coupon was for oil & filter change, air & cabin filters, new wipers, and tires checked & rotated for $270.00 When I picked up my vehicle they charged labor for visor work that was never authorized or done. Had to request Service manager to remove charge. Before leaving lot, I inspected vehicle and noticed tires were not rotated and per on board display tire pressures were all different indicating not inspected. For the extremely high service cost, CMA doesn't even offer a courtesy vehicle wash or cleaning. Outside of service manager adjusting visor charge, rest of staff not very courteous. Will not return or recommend for service.

I want to provide some feedback on an awesome sales
I want to provide some feedback on an awesome sales consultant (Berlin McKay). It has been about 9 years since I was looking at vehicles and really hated talking to sales personnel and being able to believe/trust them. BUT, I had the best experience while looking at different models of Toyota's. Berlin was patient, respectful and kind through the whole process. It's been a while since I've met such a genuine "Good Guy"! Berlin assisted me in the whole process and was patient even when I didn't have all the details, paperwork and answers. He assisted me with cleaning out my Highlander, no matter how long it took. I remembered: my Highlander's title was in my gun safe, no problem, right? I haven't accessed it for over a year. The lesson is: make sure the battery is changed out yearly! This whole process, experience impressed me and I would recommend Berlin and CMA Martinsburg to anyone. At this time, I really wanted to express the Sales Consultant knowledge with the business, product and paperwork was great! Everyone was awesome from the first visit to the end. I am enjoying my Tacoma TRD Sport!!! What a great experience!
