Needed my AC fixed it was in the 90"s had to wait over a week for service. Service was good but the cost was a little outrageous!

Great customer service. A gentleman walked up to me and asked me if I wanted a car wash. But he noticed that my car didn't need a wash. Great attention to detail.

Just purchased a new car from Sean. He was super down to earth and very helpful in the car buying experience. We took the car back to have the car inspected. Sean was very helpful and went above and beyond to correct some issues we had when buying the car. Great experience. Great salesman. Great guy. Angelo was also very helpful when filling out the paperwork. He thoroughly explained options, features, and made the worst part of buying a car (the paperwork) a very pleasant experience.

We had a lot of things serviced. The VW Diesel repair, new tires, brakes and regular scheduled service. They picked up the car as a favor because of an issue during the previous service which I very much appreciated. The driver who dropped off the loaner and later returned our car was the same person. He's very personable. I had him before and he remembered a lot of our previous conversation. Appreciated that.

Took my car in with a spare tire on going for an inspection. Gave the dealer prior knowledge of the situation before my appointment. Took then 1 hr to come back out and tell me i need a tire and that ai may as well get all 4. When asked how long that would take they told me 3 hrs. So i asked for my keys back and I would come back at a later time. It took them 45 mins to "put my car back together" and give me my keys

I always feel treated with and dignity as a WOMAN of COLOR in this establishment. My mother & I have been purchasing & servicing our cars here since 1992!

I have been using Wyoming Valley Motors for almost 10 years. They were great, however in the last couple of years it has been frustrating to set up an appt. with Mazda service. I call, no one answers, call goes to voicemail, and then no one calls back. 24 hours later I call back, express my displeasure at the lack of response with the receptionist, and the call gets picked up immediately. I do not know what has caused this change. Are they that much busier?? Once I actually get someone to talk to me, they are very accommodating and helpful, and they always do a good job on my car. So, if they could return their service- desk response to its previous good service, I would be extremely happy with Wyoming Valley Motors.
