I like the service at Stevinson Hyundai, however I am disappointed in the communication during the service. My questions by text went unanswered. I left phone messages but no one got back to me. It took two weeks to complete the work.

Very easy to make appt and helpful staff.
Very easy to make appt and helpful staff. Paid for Lyft instead of waiting there. However, A piece of my car flew off when I was driving to work this morning. Black trim above my front passenger tire. I'd guess it is likely related to the work done on the vehicle.

Great experience with routine check-up and a couple of favors. Technician gladly installed my front license plate and frame at no charge. The service was timely and the atmosphere was enjoyable while I waited.

We had a great experience at Stevinson.
We had a great experience at Stevinson. The sales process was very smooth and after we got the car home, we realized that the A/C wasn't working. Stevinson went out of their way to make it right, picking up the car and returning it after the repair was made. Would definitely recommend them.
