My father and I never waited for long periods of time to...

My father and I never waited for long periods of time to speak with someone, there is always someone free who is more than willing to help. After meeting with Gary, he became the main person we met with. He was very upbeat, enthusiastic, and answered any question either of us had. After deciding on a vehicle, we went over finances and details. Due to just graduating college, they did what they could to lower the cost a little so my monthly payment would be lower. Papa's Dodge also has a great life coverage program. Based on all the problems we had to fix on my old vehicle, the coverage they offer is a great price. Ask them about it when you visit!

This was probably the easiest and best new purchase experience Ive had, Ryan was very helpful. I was able to get a great deal on my 2013 wrangler.

Great experience!

All negotiations and preparations done by Internet and phone. Buying process fast and easy. Sales rep Evan took the time to go over all features of my new car and answer all questions. Made me feel very comfortable! I am very happy.

I brought my old car to Papa’s service department and due...

I brought my old car to Papa’s service department and due to the extent of the repairs; I decided to get a new car. I did some research as to the inventory at Papa’s and then went to see the cars. Jeromy was very friendly and helpful; I explained to him my situation and showed him the cars I found on Papa’s website. After a test drive in an Avenger, Jeromy was asking what features I really wanted (sunroof, U connect, etc). Once we got back from the test drive, he did a quick search and found an Avenger in a color I preferred with a sunroof (a feature I wanted). All and all, it was a very positive experience and I will be recommending Pap’s dodge and Jeromy to anyone I know looking for a new car.

We have purchased 5 vehicles from Papa's since 1994 and Gary Cwikla has been the sales contact for each car. We have had nothing but excellent experience with each purchase. The service for both sales and vehicle maintenance have been outstanding. We anticipate all future purchases of new vehicles will be made at Papa's.

Ryan was a delight to work with. He did more listening then talking. I appreciate this approach since I had many concerns about buying a new car and understanding the value of new versus used. As a team Ryan and Ed worked very closely going over and educating me on this new vehicle and the loan process .
