Extreme disappointment is the only terms I can use. Old school sales tactics and run around... excuses to hold onto high commissioned sales... When you are very forward and explain everything in detail. You are asked what's your number and state it but keep getting the I'm working on it... and keep getting offered other numbers... I'm not looking for a run around or compromise. My number is X... if you can't hit it... guess what that's OK... but you aren't getting a sale either... respect my time and I'll respect we are apart... again that's OK... but when you can't respect time and try to play games you lose... and earn a review like this... Also to note... I attempted to email the General Manager about my experience several days ago with zero reply... that should say it all folks. Proceed with caution ⚠️

Way overpriced, they give very low trade in value, even if they are selling same exact car in the lot. Would never contact this dealership again.

There price was way over. My trade had a TON of more options which were not valued. The jeep they offered was 1 year newer, with 8K miles less. way willing to pay, but needed more for trade. Good luck

I’m sending this E-mail regarding my service today. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change always use this service. Service desk no issues great service from these individuals. When I got my truck back wasn’t washed always get that service but this was no big issue. The issue I had was the air filter wasn’t latched down 1 out of the four clip was locked down others open. I’m making you aware I will continue coming to you never had any other issue's if nobody brings these small issues you might one day lose the customer for ever. Thanks for listening

I would never purchase from them ever again. I bought a used car that was covered in crumbs despite being “detailed,” and had the previous owners registration and insurance cards. Once I drove the car home, I noticed a mud cap was broken and called them to see if I could bring it in. They told me I must of hit something and “afraid to tell my dad” despite not hitting anything and that I purchased the car myself. I would never purchase from them again.
