I wanted a cash sale and ship it !

I wanted a cash sale and ship it ! After talking with 2, I could not understand , I knew I made a mistake, then I get personalized videos that do not describe the unit I inquired, then the 5th guy could not negotiate $200 , lots of my time and theirs wasted at times concerned about the info they had of mine

IT HAS NOW BEEN 16 MONTHS SINCE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM THAT HAVE BEEN IN REPAIRS SINCE DAY ONE, THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK AND THEY ARE NOW REFUSING TO GIVE ME A LOANER CAR TRYING TO FORCE ME TO TAKE LESS MONEY THAN I PAID INTO A CAR I NEVER HAD NO DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TOM, RAVONDA, AND ESPECIALLY DARION THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU SO NOW I MUST SUE THEM IN ORDER TO GET JUSTICE WHILE STILL PAYING A CARNOTE WITH NO VECHICLE TO DRIVE OR MESS UP MY ALREADY SHAKY CREDIT AND STOP PAYING MY CARNOTE AND GET ANOTHER CAR BUT IM NOT GOING TO DO THAT SO I WILL BE SETTING AN ACCOUNT TO KEEP YOU POSTED ON TIK TOK AND INSTAGRAM OF THE ANTICS AND LIES NAPELTON HONDA AND MY PROGRESS TO JUSTICE SO STAY TUNE WILL UPDATE SOON CAUSE IM NOW VERY IRKED WITH THE COMPANY AND PEOPLE I WISH I NEVER WALKED INTO THIS DEALERSHIP AND I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER AND ALMOST EVERY LOANER CAR WAS ALSO FAULTY AND HAD TO GOT TO REPAIR AFTER DRIVING 30 TO 45 DAYS SO BEWARE YOU MIGHT BE HAPPY TODAY AND SAD LATER CAUSE THE CAR HAS KONKED OUT ON YOU DO NO TRUST According to the law (section 407.020 R.S.Mo.), any act of fraud, false promise, misrepresentation, false pretense, unfair practice, or the omission or suppression of information in connection with the sale or advertisement of a product or service is considered illegal. The MMPA statute declares many things to be unlawful. For example, the MMPA specifically prohibits “any deception, fraud, … [or] misrepresentation.” It also prohibits “the concealment, suppression, or omission of any material fact.” However, reliance is expressly not an element of the MMPA. Thus, the fourth element requires the plaintiff to establish that his or her ascertainable loss was the result of either deception or fraud or a misrepresentation or the concealment or suppression or omission of any material fact by a defendant. Any one of these acts is sufficient to satisfy this element. Importantly, the MMPA specifically states that these acts can be before, during, or after the sale. The only requirement for this fourth element is that the ascertainable loss be the result of the unlawful act. There is no requirement that the ascertainable loss occur before the sale. Thus, damages which arise after the sale are also recoverable (as they would be in other cases).

Look dont waste your time on this dealership, because they sure will waste your time an not try to work for you either. When someone wants to buy a particular car, don't waste my time with dumb questions on why I want the car.

Avoid! Worse car buying experience ever!

Worse car buying experience I have ever had and NO service follow up after the sale! Take your money and go ANYWHERE else. Salesman had no experience and could not answer questions about the car. I was overcharged for the car we bought. We were told to make the check for one amount but when we picked up the car, that amount was incorrect. Six weeks and we are still trying to get a refund check issued - it's been one excuse after another. When I called to follow up again, I was told wow, you spent the time following up on this. and still no response from our salesman. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Service after the sale

Bought a 2017 GMC Canyon on Friday. The sale went very well and I was pleased. There is only one key for the truck, I’ve been told by several people that they have had this problem. Anyway service after the sale is nonexistent. When you call the person that answers is in Florida, not St Peters Mo. they take a message and that’s the end of it.

Great experience!!

We bought a Dodge RAM 2500 last week. Ethan was our guy, and he was great! We had a couple of minor glitches, and he worked through them with us with excellence and kept us very informed! Made sure we had answers to all of our questions! We are very happy with our truck! Thank you, Ethan!!

Recently bought a car

Alex Moore was an excellent 1st person contact. During the entire process, he was so nice and helped to pass the time. It was as if he was an old friend. I would recommend Off Lease for anyone looking to buy, sell or trade in - to check out. Everyone we talked with was very nice. I would give 5 stars but the total time spent was a bit long. I think Randy the finance guy, needs a co-worker, especially when you get busy. Alex was the best!
