My seller Mike Darr was more like a friend than just a

My seller Mike Darr was more like a friend than just a car seller. He really had my back from the beginning. Terry Lange made sure I got an affordable vehicle that I love to drive. Mark Lange made me feel like part of his real family. They were all really sweet people and it was the most fun I had buying a car! Ever!

Wow, where do I start? Every one was friendly my seller Michael Darr was the best. He and Terry went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle I was happy with. I truly felt like part of the family.

We just leased a new car from them yesterday and the experience was seamless. Our salesperson (Tony Vleck) ordered us a car, and when it came in he pretty much took care of everything. The General Manager Mark even came over to talk to me and my wife, (because there was some hesitation about issues not related to the buying experience). He was a very good listener and addressed all of our issues with sincere care and professionalism. Annabelle who took care of the financial aspect of the transaction spent time with us and made sure we understood everything on the contract before she let us go. Can’t say enough nice things about Tony, Annabelle and Mark. I have been dealing with Elder Ford for years and happy to say I found the transition from Elder to Suburban to be a good move and pleasure to deal with them.

It I had serious concerns that other dealer did not even respond too, Anthony Todek address every one, was understanding, and got me answers quick. No pressure at all, felt nice and relaxed. Anthony, Gary, and Terry did an awesome job of getting me in the truck I was looking for and in a very timely manner. They gave me a great deal on the car I was selling as well as the one I purchased. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from them again in the future.

Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I will not ever stop there again if my truck were to die outside the building on John R road. Avoid at all costs. Not sure what Suburban Ford of Troy is tellin y’all at DealerRater, but they have not “resolved” anything with me with regard to my issue with them. Still advise everyone to avoid them and take your business elsewhere. There is a great place in St Clair Shores called Roy O’Brien Ford.

Mark Lange, the new General Manager is the reason behind

Mark Lange, the new General Manager is the reason behind the 5 star rating. I experienced multiple offsetting hiccups all along my new vehicle purchase journey, but Mark stepped up and got directly involved to make things right when others didn't. I work for Ford Motor Company in Customer Experience and in both my personal and professional opinion he is exactly the kind of leader we need at all Ford dealerships. He is completely customer-focused and will be able to do great things as a people leader as he guides all his employees to have that same mindset that he does. He's a problem solver and makes you feel valued as a customer by listening to your concerns and addressing them. Never once did he make me feel like I was wasting his time. Thanks, Mark!
