The atmosphere of SFOT is different than other dealerships I've experienced. I honestly felt like they cared, even after my purchase. I'm pleasantly surprised to feel like I and my purchase is important to them. Even when there was a hiccup after only 9 days after my purchase SFOT reassured me and took the time to look into and correct the hiccup, no charge to me. Everyone says hello and I can honestly say so far it has been the best dealership experience I've ever had. Joe Grillo was super to work with. His easy going, totally positive attitude, made this purchase so fun and easy. Joe answered every question I had, and if he couldn't, he was assertive in getting me an answer. He was genuinely excited for me in regards to the Ford F150 I purchased. Thank You Joe!

I worked with Brian Lagodna on the procurement of an E-Transit van. Mr. Lagodna's attention to detail, communication, and professionalism were all fantastic. At every step of the process he was on top of everything that needed to be done. He even checked in with me the day before delivery to let me know that the vehicle will be fully charged and ready to go as soon as I arrived to pick it up. This was especially appreciated as I needed the vehicle's full range to make it home without having to charge on the way.

Herb worked really hard on getting us the car we needed at the time we needed it. I appreciate how efficient he was in communicating answers we had and just overall no fluff in his sales strategy. It was all business and all efficient and I love that as a busy business owner. The text follow ups were greatly appreciated as we needed to communicate a few more details and texts kept the ball moving forward as opposed to phone calls everytime. Herb also didn't mind that he spoke to me and a few others within our organization to get the paperwork set up right. And when I told Herb I needed the car delivered, it was done same day.
