Everyone, from Austin the sales person to Jessica the sales assistant to the pre-owned sales manager and finance person, could not have been more friendly, helpful, or accommodating. I have owned and leased probably in excess of 100 cars in my life and this was by far the best experience I've ever had.

Poor service
I have purchased multiple cars at this dealership. I had to horrible service appointments back to back. It’s time to move on to another dealership. I brought a car in for an oil change and inspection and to change the battery. They had the car from 8 AM until 6 PM, and I receive no phone calls as to the status. When I showed up they informed me that they could not pass inspection due to a chip in the windshield, I asked about replacing the battery and they told me that it was tested fine and couldn’t be replaced under warranty. I said to them it would be great if you had given me the option to replace it at my own cost in a car sits a lot and has a trouble starting . When I pick the car up it was dirty and had a half scraped inspection sticker on the window. I called Kevin the GM to complain and all he did was cut off or was apologies. I brought the car back to get the inspection sticker replaced after I fix the windshield. After an hour they came out and said he can’t pass the inspection because the chip is not fixed. I showed him the work order from Safelite and the completed job order. They said oh OK we can pass it then. So after an hour and 45 minutes of waiting they finally brought back my car with a new sticker on it . When Keenan had this dealership, it was much better.
