Excellent Service!

Excellent Service!! I bring my car for regular maintenance service. They did a great job and I was waiting only around 45 minutes. The advisor was very friendly and explained all very clearly.

The staff at Faulkner Doylestown made this a pleasant experience for me. It's been a long time since I've purchased a car, and not only did I like the price, but I liked the people. Very good experience for me. Gene Reilly was awesome and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way.

My husband bought me a Honda HRV from a dealership in

My husband bought me a Honda HRV from a dealership in Quackertown in February. It was a second hand with low mileage. I received a recall notice for a software update and decided to go to Doylestown Honda. I was there and they came back with my dirty filter in hand! They told me that they wanted $68 for a new filter and $500 to replace liquids! Never gave them permission to do so! A filter is only $18 on Amazon! So now I come home and my ac is now making a sound! Told me that they wanted to make sure my car is safe so that's why they decided to check my car! No one does that kindness for free and it's totally fake to push their expensive fluids and air filter!!! They told me dust must have fallen in my car from the filter they had to put back!!! It wouldn't have happened if they didn't take out the filter in the first place!!! No one wants hardcore time share selling tactics!!! Don't trust this dealership it's giving total time share sales floor vibes!!! Also had some dead fish in their aquarium that's been dead for days that they didn't notice. It's totally cruel how they treat those fish! So I went back there and they were all too fake and making me sign something so they can fix my car and I refused. Their service manager Chris came out to give me some man splaining! I eventually had to threaten them to call the cops for them to fix my car without signing anything! They left screws too that he didn't attach. This place is fake!!!! Snake oil salesman!
