I reached out to them three times and they never
I reached out to them three times and they never contacted me back they had two different prices they had one price on cars.com and they had one price on their website which was six or $700 more and I was trying to find out what was the right price and never heard back from them at all Say they're very terrible to deal with

Made an appointment for a simple oil change.
Made an appointment for a simple oil change. When I got there they told me an hour and a half same as someone who did Not have an appointment. I told them this is unexceptable To which I was told " I'll have you out within the hour...After an hour passed I went and asked how much longer? The mechanic popped his head up from my car and said " I'm just getting started" I was understandably upset. Sooo He rushed through my oil change and needles to say it took over an hour and half! Had to skip the car was too.
