Crystal Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Typical car dealership. I would have rated them better if it were not for crazy misleading ads. They have one price for their vehicles on cars.com and another price on their website with the "dealer add-ons" at an increase of $2500. Apparently, there is no other way for them to be able to advertise on cars.com or cargurus. The ad says "great deal" because they price accordingly knowing that that is not the price they are going to sell for. This "add-on" is not optional either. The whole thing just seems fishy. I read about a dealership in Arizona getting fined for the same tactics. All that being said I still purchased from them because I still was getting a decent fair price, it just wasn't the great deal I initially thought I was going to get. That is likely the reason people keep buying from them. You can likely get a fair deal. I don't believe they are overcharging people it just didn't sit right with me. I wish I would have had more options to buy the vehicle that I was looking for elsewhere.
