I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback Limited and

I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback Limited and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sarah Hutcheson was my sales consultant and made the process so enjoyable. She took me on a test drive, helped me compare models and colors, and her upbeat personality made the whole experience stress-free. Her manager, Amanda Foote, stepped in to make sure we worked out a deal that fit my budget. I really appreciated her willingness to listen and find a solution that worked best for me. Kevin Lowery in finance was also fantastic. He got me approved at a monthly rate I could afford, and even after the sale was done, he went above and beyond. When I discovered that my insurance company had made a mistake with GAP and warranty coverage, Kevin took the time to re-work the deal, add the coverage I needed, and still kept my financing affordable. The entire team truly went the extra mile to make sure I felt supported and confident in my purchase. I couldn’t be happier with my new Outback, and I highly recommend this dealership—especially Sarah, Amanda, and Kevin—for anyone looking for a positive and professional car-buying experience.

Today it was hot outside, but I purchased a 2025 Subaru

Today it was hot outside, but I purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback AWD with 2.5 liter engine, lane keeping assistance, navigation, dynamic cruise control, front bucket seats, emergency braking, cross traffic alert, Lineartronic CVT & a lot of other modern features from Moore Subaru of Richmond. I have purchased just over 30 new cars/trucks/SUVs in the last 40 years (yeah I’m old) and feel this experience was the best because of their friendly professional staff, huge selection, and competitive pricing. I searched available local inventory online and compared pricing. Then I requested an out-the-door (OTD) quote from both Moore Subaru of Richmond and CMA Colonial Subaru. Moore Subaru of Richmond provided the best pricing and had a much better selection than CMA Colonial. They sell a lot more Subarus so they can offer better prices than their competitors. As an example, Johana Labarca of CMA’s Colonial Subaru offered me a used 2024 model at the same price because they couldn’t come close to the Moore Subaru of Richmond’s price. This proves it’s better to shop at a family owned dealership vs. a large one like CMA that refuses to negotiate. CMA states on their website that they will beat all offers, they proved that’s a lie today. My first interaction was with Eddie Edwards, my salesman to request an OTD quote. His sales manager, Rocco Karamoutsos provided the OTD quote as requested within a couple hours. Since it was the best offer that I received, I decided to buy it from them. When I showed up I received the exact vehicle & exact price that I was quoted by Rocco. No tricks. Eddie provided me with a test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Outback with a lot of modern features. Eddie took about a half hour to introduce my wife & I to all the features, especially syncing the phone. Eddie walking us thru all the electronics. He even helped us fix a high volume problem with CarPlay in our other vehicle. Dino Capocelli from their business office prepared and finalized all the paperwork & financing and explained all the benefits of the additional extended warranties available. No high pressure, arm twisting like I’ve experienced at other dealers. Moore Cadillac Subaru of Richmond has been selling Subarus for over 20 years and From my experience today I can see why they have a well earned reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No gimmicks. No old school tricks. I will buy my next Subaru or Cadillac from these guys. Thank you Eddie, Dino, & Rocco.

Salesperson Sarah Hutcheson listed what was supposed to be one of Moore Subaru's used pickups on Facebook Marketplace. I contacted her, and she said it was available, so we set up an appointment for the following day. I showed up on time and sure enough, that vehicle did not exist. I would never trust this dealership for anything.

I had made an appointment several days ago to see a 2021 Crosstrek. I did arrive 5 minutes early, so I was aware that a wait may be possible. Not only was my salesperson in another meeting, but the vehicle was not ready for me to see. Mr. Nelson first brought out the wrong car - wrong year, wrong mileage, wrong model, wrong color. He then told me the vehicle I wanted to see was in the shop. I don't know what happened back in the garage, but the Crosstrek in which I was interested was eventually brought out for me. And it was damaged and scratched and totally NOT the car in the listing. The only good thing about the visit was that two other salespersons did try to help and make up for Mr. Nelson's absence - he kept disappearing back into his other meeting. I should have gotten a text from him asking to reschedule instead of being left waiting. Not a good look, Moore Subaru!

Top notch dealer in my case.

Top notch dealer in my case. No run around, attempts to sell-me-up, or less than ethical behavior. Fair and honist negotiators.Bravo Zulu! We need all dealers to be like the people at Moore Subaru of Richmond. Keep up the fair, honist, no pressure treatment and all will benifit.

Great sales experience starting with David L. He helped us find what we were looking for, no shenanigans at the dealership. Due to my schedule, he then worked with me over the phone and even came to pick me up from my house to sign the final paperwork since I was unable to drive there myself. Once at the dealership, sales manager Rocco and Dino in finance were also great guys to work with!
