I had been looking for a car for quite some time using AutoTempest, scouring: Craigslist, Facebook, Cars.com, Autotrader, CarGurus—all of them. I finally found one that caught my eye at HoneyCar Winchester. The issue was: I live three states away and had previously only bought cars from private—local—sellers. Despite my initial hesitation, I decided to give them a call, and I’m glad I did. I first spoke to Dullah, the general manager, voicing my general interest, but also my logistical concerns of being out of state. He reassured me that they sold to people out of state all the time, and that he understood the associated apprehension I may have. He offered to take additional photos and videos (!), and personally inspect the car to reassure me. I became more convinced that my search was coming to a close. Upon my review of the photos and videos, I then had the pleasure of working with Shea. One of my main concerns with the model I was interested in was that many came from the factory with a misaligned rear axle. After voicing this concern to Shea, he worked with a local alignment shop to check the car for me, sending me the alignment results to confirm that the axle was in spec—truly above and beyond! Shea was absolutely wonderful to work with: super kind, genuine, and devoted to customer experience and service. Along the way, I talked with a number of people; everyone was kind and professional. I truly felt like the guys at HoneyCar were on my team—not simply trying to make a sale. I ultimately ended up doing something I never thought I would: buying from a dealer, out of state, without first seeing the car in person. I am so happy I did! Fantastic people, great honest salesman in Jason! Great deal, not afraid to let me see Carfax. They take care of their cars. They really care about their customers. Jason was the best.

We were in the market for a used car. Khizar was friendly and very helpful in finding out Impala.

Sam was nice. Got me in the car I wanted. Got moved to Ian Butler for the paperwork. Dude was sweet as pie until he got done telling me about an extended warranty that I declined. Instant freeze out and complete jerk after that. I cannot afford an extra 200 a month. I told him I just couldn't. Tried to get me to buy another warranty for 60 a month. I told him it wasn't in my budget and I'd rather not get something that I won't be able to pay. He must get kick backs for selling the warranties.
