My service advisor, Neal Hickey, consistently makes every service visit a positive experience. He goes above and beyond, is transparent about what my GLC needs, and always brings a great attitude. While car servicing isn’t usually something I look forward to, Neal makes the process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. I truly appreciate his professionalism and customer care.

Five years ago I swore I would not return to MB of Scarborough, after being a customer for over 25 years when Mercedes was in Falmouth They were so disorganized and difficult to deal with. It was really stressful to bring my vehicle in for service. I’m not sure if there’s been a change of management in the service department in the past few years, but my last couple of visits have been very pleasant. Service agent was knowledgeable, capable and easy to communicate with. I would gladly recommend them once again!

I called and spoke to Emily Crocker as my car had a loud
I called and spoke to Emily Crocker as my car had a loud sound and I needed to go to my father in law's funeral in Westfield ME on Saturday. She got in I'm within 30 minutes. They worked diligently on finding the issue. Emily kept me informed as to the updates and that they were going to fix the problem today. I want you to know that Emily Crocker went above and beyond providing me with the best customer service to fix my car. My husband and I can now go to his father's funeral with a car that I don't have to worry about braking down in our 9 hour drive. Please give Emily an award for her outstanding Customer Servicd!

I purchased a 2024 Porsche Cayenne, my salesman was
I purchased a 2024 Porsche Cayenne, my salesman was great! I noticed after leaving the dealership a shimming in the front end and made an appointment with my local Porsche dealer. I noticed today that i’m missing 2 lug nuts! I looked at the carfax and noticed the dealership did work on the wheels and tires, and I’m wondering if the Lugnuts were not put back in properly. Can you offer me any assistance?
