Today was supposed to be a 60,000 mile check-up and oil
Today was supposed to be a 60,000 mile check-up and oil change. It turned into a major repair. The team was knowledgeable, thorough by proving both video and still phonographs of the damage. They were able to provide an estimate for the work?to which I had sticker shock?and complete the work today, in a timely fashion. Ron kept me informed and worked with the repair team to reduce the cost of the repair. Honestly, I couldn?t be happier. Every time I have service at Audi Westwood, it is an excellent experience.

The overall experience was horrible! Due to miscommunication and also had to pay for portion of the invoice due to representative not submitting the correct parts and labor totals to my warranty company.

I bought my 2010 S4 here and had it serviced at this
I bought my 2010 S4 here and had it serviced at this dealership ever since. They?ve always done a fabulous job servicing my S4. This time, there've been a few issues: 1) The service advisor told me my car is done by Monday, but then went on vacation and I didn?t hear from the dealership. When I called on Tuesday evening the car still wasn?t done. 2) The bill was $800 higher than the estimate I signed due to a billing error. They did correct it after I pointed it out. 3) They put my summer tires on rims on the backseat and must have slammed the door shut as the armrest is damaged. There is also deep indents on the seats because they didn?t put the tires on the protective mat. The only time they?ve been careless and done damage, sadly. 4) They usually clean and vacuum the car with service. Not this time. The car was in the shop for a week and I paid over $5600. The manager came out and offered free detailing next time around, which was nice. I?m still recommending this dealership since I am always treated with respect and they?ve kept my 2010 S4 in great shape.
