Purchase experience was good, but paperwork was sloppy. They supplied the wrong address to the DMV and I never received registration. When I called them on it, the promised to correct it immediately but actually did nothing. The back office totally let down the sales staff. I will not go back.

Highly Recommend Service Department, but...
I highly recommend servicing your Hyundai car here. They are attentive, honest and reliable. I have driven a Hyundai for 22 years now and this is the best service department I have ever dealt with. Now with that said, a big flaw is not offering loaner cars. I don't have access to another car and every time my car has had a major issue, I have had to sit at the dealership for hours because there is nothing I can do. Renting a car last minute is usually not feasible or available. I am currently looking at getting a new car sometime this year. While I have been very happy with Hyundai, not offering loaner cars is a big factor in my decision in what car I end up buying.
