I called and asked for him specifically; Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’m a tough critic, and they exceeded my expectations. If you are shopping for a car, I highly recommend shopping with them . You will be glad you did.

Contacted via cars.com twice. No response. Went to dealership. There isn’t even enough space to pull our car into the lot. The salesman did not seem to want to sell the car we were looking at. On the test drive we made it 50 ft from the dealership and the TPMS sensor went off on the vehicle (they apparently just let the cars sit there and let people drive unsafe vehicles). The salesman also had no information on the car (couldn’t answer any questions) and just said to look at the carfax.

Recently we just went back and bought ourselves an SUV which was a struggle to find but this dealership managed to find it at a good deal. First time buying a car can be a nerve racking experience which was the case for me. However the people at Real Deal Cars were super friendly and relatable and made the whole experience easy! Ahmad and Moe were very friendly, helpful, and reasonable! Also walked away with a great car and a good experience! I've got $1,800 more on trade in here. Carmax and Infiniti of bellevue offered about $9k but ended up getting $11k. I'm beyond happy with the whole transaction

There was no fronting during negotiations and it felt as though there was a lot of integrity throughout. They set expectations rather well, too. Be sure to watch out for any assumed add-ons when presented your line-by-line, however. You’re sure to have a great experience whether you’re able to negotiate a deal or not. P.S. I like the new car smell scent you guys put in the vehicle prior to driving off; it’s really rather nostalgic

I was shopping for a BMW between 3 or 4 other dealers in the area. REAL DEAL CARS had one I was interested in. I was talking to Ahmad the Sales manager through email and we agreed upon a price I was happy with. I hopped on a flight and as soon as I got to the dealer I was in and out in 1 - 1.5 hours. Will quickly took care of the initial paperwork and helped us setup the bluetooth and show us a few features, and Amir in financing was very personable and helped finish the process This was exactly the kind of car buying experience I was looking for because I value my time. Very quick communication during the shopping phase, great prices, hassle free, friendly.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Sketchy, dishonest and poor communication. Lots of red flags.
