recently purchased my first car from Aloha Auto Depot and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Every vehicle on the lot appeared clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. I truly trust Aloha Auto Depot to provide quality cars and fair prices.

Shout out to Sam Whitish, Ryan Kennedy, and Stephen Cervantes for this experience. I live on the mainland and purchased a vehicle with the assurance the shipping process would be simple through Matson. They were responsive and eager to take my 10k down payment and finance my loan on a 60k vehicle but apparently are too busy to figure out how to ship the car to me since they've already made their sale. I purchased this car 8/1/25 and when my shipping date came (8/21) they requested documents last minute because the car was not accepted at the port without them. In addition, upon checking the requirements to ship they of course forgot to include that the vehicle needs a 6" clearance to be accepted (something they neglected to check themselves!). The vehicle has 4.5" of clearance so it would not be accepted either way. Alternative shipping was found through Pasha but I was quoted 900 dollars more, another 2-3 weeks of wait time, and delivery to a port over 400 miles further from the first port. Of course Im expected to accept all of this without alternative, their poor planning constitutes a loss on my part. Now Im here asking for a refund and Im told they'll have to reassess the value of my vehicle and that I will lose money from taxes, fees etc in a buyback. Imagine buying a car at 55k before taxes and it being valued at 48k as a buyback. If you're happy waiting for a non-deterministic date for your vehicle, paying insurance for it and having the loan active before its in your possession, having sales associates that truly don't care of what happens after the sale, shop here!

Very informal. More relaxed than professional. Not super informative. Kind of unorganized. Follow through not that good.

Stay away from this dealership. Truck broke down 3 times within the 1st month of owning it and now it’s been in the mechanic shop for over a week and even their mechanics can’t figure out what’s wrong with the truck. Trust me stay far away from this dealership

I was desperate for another car. Went on the computer, selected the cars that look good with a low price. Windward Nissan got to me first. Car was overheating, and I couldn't drive far. We negotiated a deal. They picked me up from the Kaimuki area and got my car. Test drove the car. Smooth ride, few scratches, a small dent. Everything look and felt good. It's a 2012 Nissan Altima. 57000 miles. Just love this car!

I bought a used vehicle from here and within 8 days EVERY warning light illuminated in the car. The salesman (Jesse) lied to me and then ignored all of my messages and phone calls. I did a BBB complaint, and the dealership didn't respond to that either. They post the cars for sale before even performing basic safety inspections. I took the car to Volkswagen to get an inspection and the car needed over $10,000 in repairs. The mechanic said this car is not even safe to drive on the streets. Aloha Auto Depot did not respond to BBB, my emails, my phone calls, or Facebook. STAY AWAY and save yourself.

They got junk cars don’t buy here I got a used car don’t even run 1000 miles. I went back to them asked me $9000 to put a used engine They not legit business ((((Warning)))
