Drove 1.

Drove 1.5h to see a vehicle they confirmed is there only to find out they don’t have the car , spoke twice with internet sales confirming the car is at the dealership and confirming the miles on brand new car which they said it has 10 miles , after coming for scheduled meeting the car was not here and they told me the car has 3500 miles , stay away , give your business and money elsewhere .

Not what I expected.

Not what I expected. Very knowledgeable service advisor except when after the work was done and there was still issues. I got no help at all. You would think after paying for a new engine in my Jeep Wrangler that I would have had the quality work I spent on this that it would be professional and no post issues. I got no where today, even with a simple oil change. Not good! And think twice about going back there.

Wonderful experience!

Wonderful experience! Brian worked with us to find a car for me within my limited budget. We went through several test drives before we found the perfect fit. Brian was great-straightforward, patient, and pleasant throughout. The financing process was quick and enjoyable. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and fun even though the process kept everyone past closing. It's rare to be able to say you had a good time buying a car, but I can honestly say I did. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I highly recommend checking them out for your next car purchase.

Was pleased with my vehicle purchase and trade-in time

Was pleased with my vehicle purchase and trade-in time transaction but did not appreciate being promised floor and cargo area mats then the salesmen refused to give them as promised because of a truthful review. He basically lied to my face as I was removing the old ones out of my trade-in. There was no follow-up or reimbursement for the mats I had to buy. The apology I received was for a misunderstanding. There wasn't one. The only misunderstanding was me trusting a Dupage salesmen. I will never go back. Any complaint I had was not addressed, they just defended what they did instead, of addressing my concerns.

Thank you you say? For what? For lying? All the apologies in the world, don't get me the mats I was promised. From my first time experience at Dupage, your dealership is one of liars and people who misconceive customers. Like I said, there was no misunderstanding, only lying on your part. You do not have my trust and never will and I will never be back. I will leave other reviews too. I also reported this to FCA customer care.

I purchased a 2024 Wrangler Sahara a few weeks ago.

I purchased a 2024 Wrangler Sahara a few weeks ago. The salesman promised me floor mats after filling out a survey. It took three phone calls to be track him down. He refused to give them to me because he said my review wasn't "perfect". It was still a good review. I left the mats in my trade-in. I even said, "I'll just take these". The salesman told me not to worry about them because I'd be getting new ones. I even left a dash cam and several other nice upgrades in it. That was my first vehicle I bought from Dupage. So if thats how you guys run an operation, by lying to customers, it will be the last time I go there. Pretty bad, and for a $100 pair of floor mats. It not the mats, its the point of lying and peeing on me after you got my money. Cash! Greg

We had an excellent experience purchasing our 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 Limited at DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The entire sales team was easy to work with, very flexible and the purchase process was the fastest we’ve ever experienced when buying a vehicle. We would work with Ostap again any day. He’s knowledgeable, kind and pulls in all the right members of his team to get the sale closed smoothly. In addition to the positive customer service experience, we were impressed with the pricing at DuPage. After researching pricing throughout northern Illinois, DuPage offered the best deal around. We’re thrilled with our new truck! We’ll be repeat customers.
