They are the best and they don't try to sell u what they want .they take they time that u decide what u need and want and I love this dealer but if u are looking to get a new Hyundai in Edward Hyundai ask for RICK HAM , he is the best sale person and will give u the best price in town bc he care about u and not his own boss ;-)

I found the vehicle I wanted on Edwards Auto website. Kurt contacted me right away and was able to answer all my questions. I went to Council Bluffs to test drive a Sonata Hybrid and Kurt was there waiting. He explained all the things about the car. He was very respectful and helpful. All the people I dealt with there were very friendly and very thorough in their explanation of the paper work etc.... I highly recommend Edwards Auto and Kurt Dado. I will buy my next car from there. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT (hatchback) from...

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT (hatchback) from Edwards Hyundai and could not be happier with my experience. First off, the car itself is fantastic! When I buy a car, I intend to keep it for 10+ years, and with Hyundai's warranty, it only made sense. I looked at a Ford Focus hatchback, but the level of comfort and standard features offered by the Elantra GT made my final choice an easy one. However, I also have to be comfortable with the dealer when I make a major vehicle purchase, and Edwards Hyundai was wonderful. Courtland Kellogg was my ideal salesman: straightforward, low pressure, relaxed, and let me come to my decision in my own time. I will definitely go back to him and Edwards Hyundai the next time I am in the market for a car, and recommend them to anyone currently looking for a car! Jason in finance was HYSTERICAL, but at the same time really knew his stuff. He took the time to make sure I completely understood everything in the purchase, loan terms, and payments. I cannot express how much of a pleasure it was to work with these guys, so go find out yourself, and you won't be disappointed!

I would recommend Rick Ham where ever he goes but as to the dealership..... The finance department is a not the greatest. I turned in my leased 2010 Subaru SUV for a new 2013 Subaru Legacy on 17 Aug 2012. The finance guy said that the payment for the SUV would stop. But come find out today when the SUV payment was due it was still coming out of my account, I had to rush around and get my back to stop payment on the SUV I no longer have, and after calling Subaru they still are not able to figure who dropped the ball on having the payment stop.

I have bought seven new cars in my lifetime and Edwards...

I have bought seven new cars in my lifetime and Edwards Subaru has surpassed all my other experiences by far. Andrea, my sales person was great. She showed me the bells and whistles of my new Forester and ran me through the dos and don’ts of ownership. I had the best experience in my life here at Edwards Subaru; I’ll recommend them to all I know. When it comes time to replace my wife’s car, I’ll be back.

The salesperson was extremely helpful and took the time to explain all of the features of the car. The finance manager was also very nice and no high pressure tactics were ever seen.

Great experience purchasing my SECOND new Tucson from Edwards. They all worked very diligently finding me the right model, color, and price. Will highly recommend Edwards Hyndai to friends and family. I will absolutely return to Edwards Hyndai for my next new car!

I did an Internet search first and got exactly the deal...

I did an Internet search first and got exactly the deal that was promised... No hassle. $650 less than my local dealer. Paperwork still took almost 2hours though. The staff was thorough and friendly and competent. I will go there first next time.
