Scott Takacs was able to order electrical relays that were not in stock at any Jeep dealers or auto parts stores in the area or online either. He had the parts at 8 AM the next day. Even gave me discount pricing as well. Very friendly to work with. He took the time to look up the parts on the phone which I am sure can be difficult, especially when they have customers waiting for service in the store. Will defiantly go back for Mopar parts for quality and price and good service.

Just awful
It’s never opened. The lady who worked the counter was short with me and mean. There has been nothing but inconveniences along the way with leasing a Jeep from here. This will be the last time I give this dealership the time of day.

Are You Kidding Me?!
I went to this dealer for a 2009 Dodge Challenger SE that was for sale for $15,000 but the day I went I arrived when they were closing but luckily there was someone named Noel Cappelletti who helped me and told me all about the challenger briefly. I went out to look at it and inspect it before we left (didnt have time to test drive it) came back the NEXT day with my parents to see it and as we pulled in and went to the back of the lot because it was for some reason in the back and not in the front like last time, it had the SOLD tag on it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! you said it was friking available and when i come back only an hour after they opened the next day its SOLD? im never coming here again. (oh and he had me on a calling/check up list to keep me updated with the car also)

Not to be trusted
They replaced a Kia with a Honda Civic, the Civic started having substantial problems immediately and they refused to take it back or offer any other option, saying "it's your problem". What kind of business takes that attitude to its customers. Very unplesant experience and I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere.
