They are a crappy dealership I purchased a 2014 Toyota...

They are a crappy dealership I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE suppseable but in the long run its a L model & to come to find at I contacted the dealership and told them they sold me a car one witch was in a wreck witch happen 6/16/16 & I purchased it on 3/17/17 plus they put me in a car that was 4,000 upside down payed already 13,000 to the loan & still got 11,013 left can't ref loan is Worth More than that car beware

Very good service. Great vehicles. Very helpful and attentive. Car had an initial scratch. They schedules an appointment with their body shop and had it fixed in one day. Very pleased with my experience

Took my Honda Accord Sport in for 33,000 mile service.

Called dealership and made appointment to bring car in at 9:20 a.m. for service. Service advisor wrote up service with cost estimate. No shuttle service was available, so I needed to wait in lounge. Time estimated to complete service was a couple hours, however actual time took 4 hours due to shortage of mechanics and mix up with another Honda Accord Sports which came in for service later. This delayed having any service done on my car at the appointed time,

Annemarie and Ivan made my choice easy!

I considered at least 6 other cars before getting a Honda Fit but the safety features, reliability, and salespeople here made the choice easy. The minute I walked in and introduced myself, Annemarie greeted me with a big hug as though we've known each other for life. She remembered everything from our phone call 2 weeks earlier - what car I want, that I'm a vegetarian, etc. Then she set me up with Ivan who showed me the ins and outs of the car before sending me on the road - I felt safer test driving it and I almost felt pampered! While negotiations are never fun, I did feel listened to and not gouged, for once. This is how buying something as expensive as a car should be - fun! Thank you so much, Honda of Hayward - looks like you're stuck with my business for life!

Yesterday on June 30, 2020 I bought a brand new Honda...

Yesterday on June 30, 2020 I bought a brand new Honda HR-v from Hayward Honda. I called Cesar Sandoval on June 29th because after being with him in March and looking at cars the Pandemic hit, so I put off buying. So Tuesday I told him I wanted the orange HR-v and he said he could get one from another lot. Yesterday I went with my son and we made the deal! Took a long time for Geico to change my insurance coverage and we had trouble getting through to Citibank to release the funds I transferred in the morning. But Cesar and the Finance manager were troopers and we got everything finished by the end of the day. So happy with my new car and the patient and helpful service from this dealership.
