Easiest car buying deal ever

Stephanie Bristow is absolutely amazing. I work till 6:oo every night, not only has she helped me when she was not at work, but she brought me my new car and the paperwork.

Awful

Absolutely awful. Came in for a service repair and the associates were rude. Waited 3 days after being told my car was being worked on, and after calling to get an update with no one answering the phone I came in person. They misplaced the keys and never even started working on my car. Not apologetic at all, will never be returning; I’d rather drive farther away.

Purchase a Used Car BMW 6

I would like to Commend the Sale person Braiden for taking the time to respond to my online question regarding the BMW. I came in for a test drive with no pressure to buy at all. I requested some information about the BMW that was really helpful.I made an offer that was in my price range.They first denied it. Braiden then was able to help negotiate a price I was comfortable with ..Since I was two hours away and had to find a way back to Rome Ga..Braiden was able to arrange transportation to my home. Thank you for going the Extra Mile..Means a lot to a Vet.

Mrs. Beatrice K. Belville

It is always a pleasure bringing my CRV into the service department at Heritage Honda in Rome. They let me know when scheduled maintenance is due and accommodate me with a loaner car for however long it will take. I always bring my car from our home in Cartersville to Rome rather than seeking a more local dealership because of the personal service I receive from Ginger and her crew in the service department!

Manipulative

For the last couple of days I have been working with Kevin at this dealership. I have repeatedly asked Kevin for an out the door price breakdown which he fails to provide. He has in turn asked me to fill out a credit application a few times to which I always with a not right now and my credit is excellent and that I just want to know the out the door price first. So what does Kevin do this afternoon? He sends me a link to fill out the credit application. This has pissed me off so much that I am taking the time to warn others of this shady dealership. Do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere.

Heritage Honda Review

This was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was super nice. The service was great and quick. The young man that took care of me explained everything that would be checked and done up front. Then afterwords explained all that was done to my vehicle. I can not say enough about how great they were.

Prestige Heritage Experience

Rebecca Oberby is an amazing sales person that is honest and straight forward. I had a great experience communicating with her over text messages. She was pleasant, very helpful, responsive and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. She even went out of her way to research other makes and model and compare the pros and cons with an unbiased approach. My only constructive feedback would be for the sale staff to emphasize support for service members and disabled veterans. At the least, acknowledge the members sacrifices and commitment to the country and politely explain/justify when military incentives or discounts are not offered or available. Ms. Oberby, Ariana from the finance dept. and the two gentlemen who delivered the vehicle made this experience the most pleasant in all my vehicle purchase experience. Ill be purchasing a Hyundai Palisade in the near future and will definitely contact Rebecca again for another excellent transaction
