After totaling one of our cars due to hail damage, we

After totaling one of our cars due to hail damage, we were in need of a new one. We found an SUV we liked online, made our way to Fowler Honda to test drive it, and ended up loving it. We were fortunate enough to work with Greg and Chris who made us feel comfortable, and went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful car buying experience. We could not recommend them more!

Trust all of the bad reviews.

Trust all of the bad reviews. After going to the service department since 2020 for all of my major repairs, I will not be back. Between the poor communication, unprofessionalism, and causing an oil leak, they definitely leave a lot to be desired.

Salesman I dealt with was fast and friendly.

Salesman I dealt with was fast and friendly. They didn’t have the vehicle I came to look at because they loaned it out even though they knew I was coming in that day. Found another vehicle and made a satisfactory deal. Tried to do everything online to limit to a two hour transaction but ended up over 4 hours. I hate buying cars and this didn’t make it any better.

I came to Fowler Honda after my car was wrecked and this

I came to Fowler Honda after my car was wrecked and this dealership exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I found the car that I wanted online and went in to take a look at it. The sales staff and management were all friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Circumstances beyond either of our control caused the deal to not close, and for that I am extremely sad. Rest assured Fowler, I will be back! I appreciate the sales staff, the sales manager, the GM and Finance all for helping me out on this deal and I hope to deal with you again in the near future.

Anthony was fantastic!

Anthony was fantastic! He had the car sparkling and ready to go when I got there. He explained everything in the vehicle and went over everything a second time while setting up my phone and preferences in the car. Chris the store manager was amazing as well. He stopped over multiple times to check in. Khalid was bubly and straight to the point. He was laidback and explained all the details. I would highly reccomend this dealership.

I was told it would take one hour to get transmission

I was told it would take one hour to get transmission fluid flushed when I dropped off vehicle. I took 2 hrs!! There is no excuse for that delay.
