I want you to know that by far, leasing this Prius C was the best car experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in and started talking to Tim, I NEVER felt pressured or felt I was going to be taken advantage of. When I decided I wanted to have a car brought in, Tim never let the ball drop. Every thing was relaxed but explained thoroughly. Every step was accomplished with the least amount of hassle. Great Buying Experience

After only 3000 miles in my brand new 16 Silverado I was in an accident. Damage to both passenger doors and the truck bed. Thanks to their body shop the truck looks as good as new! I deeply appreciate the quality workmanship and professionalism of your shop. I would recommend the Mel Grata body shop to anyone. Two thumbs up.

disappointing experience

Had my new vehicle in for body repair after a collision. It was a terrible experience. If you want your new vehicle to get repaired with lots of Bondo and paint that doesn't quite match the original....this is the place to go. I would never recommend their body shop. I have no experience with their sales staff or mechanical shop, but because the body shop is so bad, I could never recommend this place.

Great Service

I was early and they got the truck in early. Also they caught the need for an inspection. (Much better than having the police catching it)
