I always have a pleasant experience when I bring my vehicle in for service. I had to leave a message for an oil change appt but my call was returned in a reasonable amount of time. My service team contact person is very professional.

All work was done on time. It was a easy experience and I was happy with the vehicle when returned. I use them all the time and would stay with them in the future. They make sure the vehicle is running well and that all services are up to date.

My experience was excellent. Person who checked me in was very helpful and pleasant (sorry I for got his name and do not have his card with me). He went above and beyond to help me. The wait for the car was not long, and enjoyed sitting in the TV room, which had comfortable seating and great temperature control. Entire experience was 5 star, as it was when I bought my care in 2013 from Henri.
