I'm not a fan of big car dealerships and Stephen Wade
I'm not a fan of big car dealerships and Stephen Wade doesn't rate any higher in my book. I originally went to dealership for research, with no intention of actually purchasing a vehicle. I was looking to replace my Ram and had already looked closely at F-150's. A Toyota or Nissan was not on my list. I was pleasantly surprised to see that GM had what I was looking for at a price that was closer to my target. The sales experience was smooth and I felt respected, not pressured. I was glad to find a truck that I liked on the lot, so I didn't have to go someplace else. I had the opportunity to try several vehicles which allowed me to choose the one I wanted without guessing. The rest of the process was smooth and relatively quick. There was no pressure for a trade in and I was actually able to negotiate a price and I appreciated that. I decided it was worth the risk to purchase from a dealership that I had no previous relationship with. My opinion of your dealership has increased and I hope you can continue to earn my business. My first service visit for window tinting was smooth and timely and I hope that continues. On a side note, I'm disappointed in some surprisingly omitted details of my truck. I purchased an RST, which I expected to be a slightly higher than mid-grade truck. I was more than surprised to find it was missing power seat memory, power folding mirrors, no forward parking sensors and one camera? I should have checked closer - I may have purchased the truck anyways, but it was a disappointment when I found these items were missing, especially the seat memory. Rant over, I have high expectations of this truck and your dealership So far I am happy with both.

I had to replace my rear tires and Terry in parts ordered
I had to replace my rear tires and Terry in parts ordered them for me. Terry is very nice and the guys in service who had the RO were very kind to me. Edwin, Mitch and Dave were amazing!
