We came in a year ago to look at a Volkswagen and met with Fran. We didn’t end up purchasing one at that time, but we kept his contact information and came back a year later. This time, we got the best deal we could find anywhere. Fran was a pleasure to work with and made the process simple and easy. Working with Kevin, however, was not as pleasant of an experience. He didn’t seem happy that I was taking the time to read through the paperwork before signing and he made a comment about me “finding his hidden fees.” When I explained that I just wanted to be sure I understood what I was signing, he responded with, “It’s just a lease.” Other than that, I would absolutely buy another car from Fran.

Recently completed the 20k service on my Atlas.
Recently completed the 20k service on my Atlas. Once again, the service team and technicians performed flawlessly. Kenny estimated 90 minutes to perform the 20k and the few items I requested, and the techs had me out in about 75. Shannon completed my paperwork and had me on my way. Car was clean, service performed as expected, and I was back on the road. HVVW continues to be my go-to establishment for my automotive needs. Thanks to all once again.
