I want in to get a headlight fixed. They said would take some troubleshooting. $1600 later and light still doesn’t work and won’t respond to fixing the problem. All the parts ordered at this point have been unnecessary. Terrible dealership and less knowledgeable than local shops on VWs. You expect specialist but can’t diagnose and enormous parts expense with no resolution.
