Very good quality service and customer care.

I had 2019 BMW X3 from this place. The service was great! The sales person is so welcoming and nice person and very professional. He was helpful.

Buying used cars, we needed a used vehicle

Well Worth The Drive From Columbus!

I don't often write reviews, but I had such an uncommonly good car shopping experience at Evans Motorworks that I wanted to share my story. I discovered Evans as I was surfing the internet searching for BMW dealers in Ohio. I got a very nice response from a salesman at the dealership and we struck up an ongoing dialogue via email, text and the occasional phone call. I live in the Columbus area so this dealership is not exactly right around the corner from my house, but this sales person was so nice and helpful and not high pressure at all. And when our family's needs changed and I had to pivot from pursuing a mid-life crisis car to replacing our family truckster, Ron pivoted right with me and happily educated me on pre-owned SUVs in their inventory. I eventually made the drive to Evans and test-drove an Acadia. My salesman took my on a nice long test drive route that allowed me to experience the car in different driving conditions. The car was already fairly priced and so there was no need for negotiations. We put together a deal quickly, and then I went to Finance and dealt with another friendly, fair and highly professional person. He explained the options for extended warranties -- something I definitely wanted since the Acadia was five years old -- and didn't pressure me when I said I wanted the basic plan. By the time I finished there, the Acadia had been fully detailed and was ready to take home to my wife, who was thrilled with it. At all times Evans Motorworks people were friendly, professional and seemed genuinely appreciative of my interest in doing business with them. And again -- no high pressure sales tactics at all. I've been to a LOT of dealerships over the years, and most of them aren't like this one. Please keep doing what you're doing!

Greg S is the man.

have had a wonderful experience at Evan’s VW thanks to my sales man Greg S! Throughout my whole car buying process, Greg literally made it effortless and helped me find exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t be more appreciative for a more personable guy to help me along the way! After a couple days of having my car, I had to take it back to get my remote start put in, window, tented, & a paint spot fixed that was negotiated into my deal. Greg was an amazing communicator throughout the whole experience and kept me updated the week they had my car! I seriously appreciated him going out of his way and keeping me updated along the way and just being amazing with communication! With this dealership and being a young driver my parents appreciate knowing that if I need anything with my new car, Greg and The Evan’s VW Team are literally just a call away.

Evansautoworks

Terrible customer service. Have had a recall on my Volvo on a safety feature and they have done NOTHING to resolve it for over a year. Every time you call they say it’s back ordered. And now we know why ! Because they were no longer going to do business with Volvo! Will never purchase another vehicle from them.

Excellent customer service!!!!

I had a frustrating problem with my gti. I spoke with Tyler and he was able to fix the problem extremely fast. He made customer service an important part of his job. Thanks Tyler for an outstanding job.

Terrible service

Terrible experience. Took our recently purchased Volvo to get a few things looked actually including a lag in gear shifting between 1-2 when braking. They recommended changing the transmission fluid. We picked up the car and the next day on the highway we started getting warning alerts and ultimately had to pull over and tow the car back to the dealership. They do a diagnostic and say we need a whole new transmission!! Seriously? 3 weeks later, they finally finish putting a new transmission in. Bill Kelly the service manager was curt when talking on the phone with him. Poor communication and terrible service. Also not only is the hiccup still there, there’s also a new squeaking noise coming from the engine. :/ do not recommend!

I will never buy from this lot again!!!

Instead of telling me I needed an apointment,my car was checked in under the pretense of being repaired that day..But instead they wait till 2 days later to tell me I would get me in when they could..When they should’ve just set me an appointment the day I came in.Or at least informed me of the situation before accepting my car.And let me make the decision of leaving my car or bringing it back the day of appointment..Do not make the decision for me...And then gets attitude like I said something wrong.....It’s bad enough I had a problem buying the car.Cause the sales rep looked at me,and ignored me for 20 mins before someone finally brought the car around...But this is the kicker.“How can u sell someone a car without them test driving it?”...I think it was my color and attire....So I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone...n I won’t spend my money here again!!!

Sold me a car that takes on water

I bought a 2014 VW at the beginning of 2019 and soon found out that the sunroof leaks water every time rains into the trunk and leaves a mildew smell, also I can't take it through a car wash because it takes on water into the actual car. Buyer beware, I guess.

Terrible customer service

In my life time, I have bought a lot of cars from a lot of different dealerships and found Evens BMW to have the worst customer service when it comes to the buying process. My initial contact was with the internet sales person, who did not return my call after receiving what appeared to be a very aggressive price. After 2 days, I receive an email asking if I had received the price quote on the car that originally had 8 miles , but now 82. Now, preferring to order a new one , I receive a call from the salesman, Zach, whom I give the details on the new car and request a price quote. After informing me that "I was in good hands and he would be taking care of me"I waited for my price that never came. After 2 emails ,asking where my quote was, I never heard another word and ordered the new car from another dealership.
