I took my car in for its 60K service.
I took my car in for its 60K service. When I called to schedule the appointment, I spoke with Anna, who was very polite and provided the exact cost of the service. The servicing itself was excellent. This was my first time visiting this dealership, and even though I'm now on my third VW, I will definitely return here for future car purchases and servicing.

Dave in the service department is a rock star.
Dave in the service department is a rock star. I am pretty needy when it comes to my car, and every single time I called to check on the progress of my repairs (which was a lot, usually once a day) he was more than happy to explain everything that was going on. I had an issue with corporate VW, which has been rapidly declining in customer service as of late, and Dave fought for me to make sure they could do the repairs necessary. I have purchased cars from Crestmont in the past, and can honestly say I never had a single issue with any of them. Purchasing from another dealer out of convenience was a huge mistake, a car I bought from Reydel in Edison (my current 2019 Jetta) and a car from three county in lyndhurst (2009 Jetta Wolfsburg) both had issues. Every time, I brought those cars to Crestmont service and they fixed them the right way and didn’t charge me anywhere near what the other dealers quoted me. Needless to say, I’ve learned my lesson. I will only use Crestmont when purchasing or servicing a vehicle because they have NEVER disappointed. Shout out to Dave for being the best service manager out there, and to the techs who worked on my car. You guys are rock stars!!

I began looking for a VW in December 2023. I drove the Atlas and the Atlas Crossport. Loved the Atlas Crossport annd wanted to go ahead with purchasing. The credit manager, who had been in his office during the entire discussion time, conveniently disappeared when I completed my credit application. I was told that I could put a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit on a vehicle and it would be no problem to get the color that I desired. The credit manager was unavailable and they would get back to me the next business day. The following business day, I heard "crickets". Found the vehicle in the color I wanted on my own and made my deal through another dealer. After requesting a refund twice in writing, I went through my credit card company and it is now THIRTY-FIVE days later and my card company still has received NOTHING back. They claimed to have lost my paperwork when my husband called this past Monday and asked for my credit card number, exp date, CVV # again. Hoping that I would actually have received my credit by NOW, I called to follow up with the CC company. NOTHING. I would NEVER recommend buying from this dealer. An experience that could have been a minor hiccup will be resulting in me calling the Better Business Bureau and lodging a formal complaint. THIEVES!!!!

These people proved that buying a car from a dealership does NOT have to be a stressful "ordeal" ! From Robert in sales thru the entire team, I could not be happier with the car, the sales, & the entire experience. It was well worth the (considerable) hassle of coming from Long Island & will definitely do it again for the next car!
