Prompt and courteous service.

Prompt and courteous service. Kept me informed and provided spot on estimate of charges. Even though I was a little early for my appointment they got me right in.

Ended up getting my vehicle 2016 terrain they told me

Ended up getting my vehicle 2016 terrain they told me when I bought the warranty that anything that goes wrong with the motor or transmission would be fixed. They told me if I tow it there it would be covered by the time said and done I had almost $5000 into fixing a vehicle that broke down five months later With the same problem with the motor. Every time they always say something different each and every person did. I should’ve known there wasn’t a good company when I was told when I went to buy it if I didn’t get the warranty, they would not sell me the car. They said it was due to. They wasn’t making much off of it. I have never met so many rude people, I suggest finding somewhere else to purchase from and getting your cars worked on .

Terrible company sunroof broke 3 days after buying sales

Terrible company sunroof broke 3 days after buying sales manager said its covered service guy said its not very rude waste a day driving down telling me 3100 to fix it messed it up so bad can barely stand to drive it been horrible dealing with entire company save yourself a headache go elsewhere, hope you feel good about yourselves ripping off a 17 year old kid working to pay for this himself

BUYER BEWARE.

BUYER BEWARE. Pioneer auto group in Marietta, Ohio. They sold my parents a minivan with an extended warranty and a lifetime power train warranty. My dad’s health was failing, and the goal was for my mom to have one less stressor and to know the car would cause no major expenses. She’s been attentive to servicing on schedule. Last fall during the scheduled oil change, they “recommended” nearly $1K worth of fluid flushes. (I don’t know about you, but the van had 60K miles, and I’ve never done all that). No one ever told her it was necessary for the warranty. Fast forward 6 months, and the transmission has failed. It is a known weakness on that model van. Pioneer auto refuses to fix it, has given her a huge run around, and says the warranty is void because she didn’t follow the scheduled maintenance. They are growing at a rapid clip, and maybe they feel like they don’t need our business. If the business model is to take advantage of senior citizens on a fixed income, I hope they fail. I will never darken their door to buy a new vehicle. I’m sharing this with all our friends, family, and my coworkers and medical partners. Hopefully they’ll get the message if it hurts their bottom line a little.

Sold me a 2016 Ford Focus that within 20 days of the sale...

Sold me a 2016 Ford Focus that within 20 days of the sale had the check engine light come on, made me feel they were doing a favor looking at it and then not covering it under the extended warranty I purchased. Will not be back!!!!!!!

Pioneer Chevrolet of Marietta Ohio has to be the worst representatives of being a Cadillac Dealership! They used Ford Motorcraft Oil filter on my Cadillac SRX and other issues to numerous to list!
