This dealership treats everyone so well. We are so happy we bought from this dealership. James Flores was so helpful and responsive. Joey T guided us through the purchase and he was awesome. Then Mike Goch gave us our car orientation and he was so kind and helpful. Miguel in finance was very professional, friendly and kind. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know. We love our new forester hybrid.

Dealer was very easy to work with.

Dealer was very easy to work with. Covered features well, transparent pricing with no “mandatory” dealer add-ons, and very open communication. They worked out dealer trade for exact vehicle I was looking for.

The service department at Liberty Auto City Subaru is

The service department at Liberty Auto City Subaru is fantastic and truly deserves 5 stars. However, my experience with the sales department was disappointing. While my salesperson, Charles, and Miguel in finance were great, my issue lies with Rich, the sales manager. During negotiations for my trade-in, I provided documentation to support my car’s value, including a quote from the dealership’s own website. My car had been involved in a minor rear-end fender bender, and Rich claimed they couldn’t honor the quote or the Kelley Blue Book value due to the accident, offering me a significantly lower amount instead. A few days later, I saw my traded-in car listed on their website, and there was no mention of the accident anywhere in the listing. This is misleading and dishonest. I emailed James, the General Sales Manager, to address my concerns about the trade-in process and the inaccurate listing. Unfortunately, neither James nor anyone else from the dealership has responded to me. While I’ve gone out of my way to use the service department because of their excellent care, I am deeply disappointed by the dishonesty and lack of communication from the sales team. I expected better from a dealership I’ve trusted.

After initial missteps between New Sales & Parts dept,

After initial missteps between New Sales & Parts dept, the accessories ordered were installed. Would have preferred not to require multiple service visits to get things done but Justin, Scot and Rich were helpful in resolving the matter.

Charles was an amazing size person along with his team

Charles was an amazing size person along with his team Miguel and Peter. It was a wonderful experience buying a brand new car from this dealership and Charles made the transition smooth and easy. I would always recommend him and his team in this particular dealer.
