3rd car buy, things get routine.

Just purchased 3rd Subaru. Process is easy, and I think reasonable, but I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and know what to expect. Haven't needed anything but routine maintenance. So buying the third one was easier, and with addition of another local dealership, they remain competitive in pricing.

AC service on new Ascent

Though the vehicle was purchased in another state, the staff at Jim Keras Subaru treated me exceptionally well, as usual. This included frequent service updates, loaner car for the warranty work, and finishing well before projected time, Jared and the entire staff are wonderful ambassadors for the Jim Keras facility, and the Subaru line.

I was greeted immediately after pulling in to the service department. The work order was filled out and I was escorted to the waiting room. The area was nice and very clean. After 25 minutes the service person came in and told me my vehicle was ready. I was given a copy of the comprehensive inspection report and was shown to my vehicle. It could not have been any more efficient.

Great so far!

We had a great experience with Brian, Vinny, and David. They were very helpful and patient and explained things I didn't understand. We're really enjoying the new Crosstrek we purchased after taking a small road trip. We're looking forward to many more.
