Had to wait for vehible to arrive . Ms. Kira Manbeck kept me up to date on what was going on as always she was very knowledgeable and helpful . I believe out of the SIX Outback's I have Ms. Manbeck has been the salesperson on FOUR of them . Every one in all other Dept have always been very knowledgeable ad helpful about their area

The car was delivered out of gas and wouldn't even get out of the parking lot it was delivered to. It was towed to a gas station. Trunk was completely rusted through as if the car had been submerged in water. There is silty mud in the exhaust shield as well that suggests the same. The car was also delivered to me without being detailed. It looked as though someone went as far as taking this convertible roaster four wheeling off road before they loaded it up to deliver to me. I wish I could attach pictures. The dealership claims to do a thorough inspection on each pre-owned vehicle. I wonder how they missed the entire floorboard missing. You can see the floor through the interior of the car!

I had a superior auto purchasing experience at Huebner. No pressure sales, very professional and informed salesperson (Derek). Very competitive pricing/offer relative to other local area Subaru dealerships. Promises made relative to vehicle delivery timeframe met and provided very thorough orientation to vehicle features/answered all questions. Highly recommend this dealership

If you are planning on making a purchase from this dealership you better check everything out before you buy. I purchase a classic car from them and they lied about the model of the car, I flew in from AZ to check it out they had it listed as a Bel Air and it wasn't it was a chevy 210 big difference when buy (Bel Air versus a 210). They will promise you things and don't fulfill what they say. I learned the hard way they say customer service I say BS

When I showed up they were quick and efficient. Everything we discussed over the phone was one paper and we had no surprises. I had a great experience that only took 45 minutes from test drive to the drive home in our new car. Ask for Vickie, she is the best!

I am always satisfied with car service from Huebner Subaru. This time I was even able to have my recently adopted pup wait with me in the customer lounge. Service was prompt, all actions were explained and a free car wash was icing on the cake.
