Poor service.

Poor service. Brought a GMC pickup in with a bad wheel bearing. Was told the whole hub assembly was removed to diagnose the issue. Found out the vehicle warranty didn't cover wheel bearings, I took it back home and bought a new bearing set. Upon removing the old bearing, I could see not one bolt of the assembly had been touched. I even had to tap the wheel to get it off. I do believe I was lied to. Won't be going back there..

You charged labor for the hole time it was there not the

You charged labor for the hole time it was there not the time work was done on car Then tell me I have to change transmission cooler lines because there leaking but it is full of oil and the pipes are dry

my appt was at 1 it was 2 1/2 for an oil change and tire

my appt was at 1 it was 2 1/2 for an oil change and tire rotation not good asked them to lubricate my mirrors so they would fold in easier i could see lubricant on truck doors so they may have attempted it but when i tried them they didn’t move. she said they didn’t charge me, which why would they they still don’t work i have been pretty happy with House until this time. now i’m not so sure. i asked if they would check my antifreeze for winter but i didn’t see a report on paperwork so i still don’t know if it is ready for winter i moved here a year ago and was happy to find a chevy dealer because i always trusted them to do a good won my truck now i don’t know

Had some service work done on Cadillac XT5.

Had some service work done on Cadillac XT5. We waited over 20 minutes for final cleaning to pick up the vehicle "after" they indicated it was ready. Arriving home we discovered the "detailing" left it dirtier than it was to start with. There were dirt splatters inside the rear hatch area on the carpet and sidewalls, a dirty rag had been used on the dash and steering wheel area leaving smears on the chrome surfaces and the same on the inside of the windshield not to mention greasy fingerprints on the driver's side arm rest. We are 30 minutes from there and decided to spend an hour cleaning it ourselves rather than waste gas and God knows how much more time for them to try and clean it properly. Won't be returning.

No need to discuss further. Our vehicle was such a MESS we cannot trust House for our future business. No "sorry's" or discounts will erase the negative impression this left on us. Not only the tech erred but the service rep missed an opportunity to double check the condition of the vehicle and she failed to do so.

Traveling across the U.

Traveling across the U.S. “seeing the U.S.A. in my Chevrolet” on three week vacation and rolled on 5000 miles and House Chevrolet got me right in for oil change. Tried 3 other GM dealers and couldn’t get me in for a week. House was very accommodating. Appreciate the service provided by Kayla our Service Advisor.
