Our salesman Preston was extremely helpful and made the

Our salesman Preston was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a new Chevy Trax very easy! He was also a pleasure to speak with as we had a lot in common. We had an equally pleasurable experience with the closer Dara (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). The only criticism I have of this dealership is that they put a Harry Brown sticker on the back of the vehicle and it was EXTREMELY difficult to get off! It was actually 11 separate stickers. One for each letter. They shouldn’t be doing THAT at all! Putting that aside, I highly recommend this dealership!

I had to return the vehicle that I purchased a few days

I had to return the vehicle that I purchased a few days after purchase because throttle was out of adjustment, you should not have to move the pedal a quarter of the way to the floor before the vehicle moves, and than at a higher and dangerous speed which scares the xxxx out of you. I told this to the service manager and he said, thats the way they work, another line of xxxxxxxx, or just to lazy to fix it right. The dealership was not afraid to charge me $50.00 to fix a leak in my tire though, telling me it was a leaky valve, which should have been checked before it was marked up as a CERTIFIED PRE-OWN VEHICLE.

The dealership was very expedient in finding me a vehicle

The dealership was very expedient in finding me a vehicle of choice. I know they had to get it from another dealership elsewhere. It has been hard to get vehicles lately with long build/waiting times. I had this new truck within a few weeks from our original conversation that I was looking for a truck. Excellent service. I appreciate the quick turn around and pricing given to make this purchase come together. Thank You

Garrett Condon was our sales specialist for the purchase

Garrett Condon was our sales specialist for the purchase of a 2023 GMC Terrain. Garrett was so easy to work with, answered all of our questions, or found someone else to answer them. There was absolutely no high pressure from him to buy and we really appreciated that.
