Always impressed!

Im always impressed by the service at Dondlinger's. We did not buy our current Chevys/Cadillac from them but its highly likely we will buy our next vehicles from them!

Quick Service!

Intended to drop off my vehicle for a last minute oil change, but they were willing to get it done while I waited. In and out in a little over 30 min. Great Service!

The sales staff stayed very late for us to purchase the vehicle we bought. They gave us great service and went above and beyond the normal operating hours as well as a great price!

Terrible service, deceitful company

I spent a year researching the new car I would buy. I carefully chose all the options and even texted them to Dan. I went to get the car, they had me pay first then inspect the car. The dash was damaged (spent a year researching the new car I would buy. I carefully chose all the options and even texted them to Dan. I went to get the car, they had me pay first then inskect the car. The dash was damaged (yes a new car) and did not come with the engine block heater I specified. I have drove this car less than 400 miles in two months, it’s in the shop for the fourth time to have them fix it to be not damaged and to have that block heater. They have lied to me, not given me a loaner car and refused to just give me the new car I ordered. Now I’m stuck. Don’t do business with them, they won’t treat you with respect or take the blame For their errors.

We certainly understand the frustration associated with your new Blazer purchase. As you know, we located a vehicle for you from another dealer, and didn’t notice the scratch on the dashboard until we were in the process of delivering it to you. We immediately indicated we would replace it with a new one as soon as the part arrived from GM. We are not sure where the miscommunication regarding the block heater surfaced, but we acknowledged a mistake was made, and agreed to install one at no charge to you. We understand that this is a major purchase and want to make sure you’re completely satisfied, which is why we did not hesitate to take care of these issues as soon as they arose. It is also why we offered to deliver your vehicle back to you after the installation, as well as provide a complimentary oil change for your frustration. We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience, but hope that you are able to start enjoying your new Blazer now that the scratched interior piece has been replaced and the factory block heater has been installed.
